Actually, a commander ranks lower than a colonel. A Navy commander is equivalent to a lieutenant colonel in the Army, Air Force, or Marines.

Normal member - any commissioned rank from 2nd Lieutenant to Major
Vice President - Lieutenant Colonel
President - Colonel
Moderator - Brigadier General
Super Moderator - Major General
Praetor - Lieutenant General
Administrator/Staff Administrator - General

Consider this a promotion, Brigadier General Paige. XD
