Well, I've recently been spurred on to try and build another Malefic deck, what with the english release of Truth Dragon and all, so I thought I'd post it to let you all rate it and see what you think. This is built for the March 1st 2011 format.
[21] Monsters
[2] Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon
[3] Malefic Stardust Dragon
[2] Malefic Truth Dragon
[2] Malefic Parallel Gear
[3] Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon
[2] Blue-Eyes White Dragon
[2] Prime Material Dragon
[2] Blizzard Dragon
[1] Yamata Dragon
[2] Dread Dragon
Now, here you may be wondering what the hell Parallel Gear is there for, and its for Paradox Dragon, the level 10 Malefic Synchro which is incredibly powerful. I've inserted the main Malefics into half a Dragon-Synchro deck. There may be better dragons, but right now, I can't think of them. Though I know about Masked Dragon, and I don't believe there is enough room for them. I can guess what many of you are thinking "What, Prime Material insteal of White Night!?! Is he ill?" And my answer is, no I'm not. I've concluded that Prime is a lot better than White Night in most circumstances. Darkness Metal ensures that Blue-Eyes doesn't become a dead-draw, though what to do if I get a Malefic I can't summon in my hand, I don't know. Help there would be greatly appreciated. Truth Dragon is a great card, and a huge beatstick, with protection is amazing. Life points are nothing really.
[9] Spells
[1] Monster Reborn
[1] Dark Hole
[2] Mystical Space Typhoon
[3] Malefic World
[2] Terraforming
Right, unfortunately, only 1 Book of Moon :( Staples are there, but we have 3 Malefic World as the field spell required, and Field Barrier for extra protection. I don't know if this should be something else, but it seems ok for now.
[10] Traps
[1] Brust Breath
[1] Mirror Force
[2] Bottomless Trap Hole
[1] Trap Stun
[1] Return from the Different Dimension
[2] Solemn Warning
[1] Solemn Judgment
[1] Seven Tools of the Bandit
Well, just staples with a Trap Stun which is our new Cold Wave, but only 1, since other stuff comes first. Actually, it replaces the bottomless which is now limited.
[15] Extra Deck
[3] Stardust Dragon
[1] Red Dragon Archfiend
[2] Black Rose Dragon
[1] Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
[1] Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier
[1] Ally of Justice Catastor
[2] Malefic Paradox Dragon
[1] Thought Ruler Archfiend
[1] Trident Dragion
[1] Iron Chain Dragon
[1] Chimeratech Fortress Dragon
3 Stardust would be used completely with the Malefic form, but I doubt I'll really ever use all three for that X] Other than Paradox, which can be deadly against Synchro decks and is a great beater anyway, it is all fairly standard no?
So, what do you think? Feel free to tear it apart, though I believ it is a very potent deck, if used right. It could even be an unusual way to win tournaments. I know a guy who used a Morphing Jar mill deck to win a tournament before. It was severly deadly XD
