Yeah, I wouldn't take the time just to level up a magicarp.

the person below meh has caught a legend, but their system cut off, right after the capture (happened to me...caught dialga with a quickball on diamond, then it cut off...)
 
yes i did... i could never get past will in gold... ever. i tried a zillion times. i still havent beaten him. and i will never beat him in gold unless its heartgold. i lost the game. in both meanings.
