False. I did so in Fire Red with the Super Rod

The poster below me has never used sharpies (Orange and brown) to color their feet like a Raichu. (up to their ankles at least) I'd be really surprised if they did...and I did it because I was bored...and only 7 at the time ><

TPBMHN traded a Togepi from Platinum to Diamond/Pearl only to realize they could use the Pokeradar to get one. (Long story, xD)
 
I've only ever had Togepi in Diamond using Pal Park :)

The next person has never... caught a really weak Pokemon with a Masterball (without cheats)...
 
I have when i was like 7 or 8 in silver i used it it catch a hoot hoot cause i thought i could just get another one
