And my in-game Staraptor moves are:

Aerial Ace
Fly
Close Combat

I have a Pidgeot in my FireRed team, but I forgot its moveset.
As for Staraptor, I have it in Diamond. Here's its moveset:

Attacks:
-Fly
-Close Combat
-Aerial Ace
-Defog
