There is: One Anime Episode, One Special, and a Movie...

The Anime Epsiode and Special features Hinata while the movie fatures Jackie, another Pokemon Ranger whose hair is blonde...

XD The games are already out, but unfortunately, they're Japanese... so waiting for the English version would be more appropriate... =P

Oh, I see what you mean...

I think the Pokemon Rangers temporarily control some Pokemon and they become somehow highlighted. But Hinata in the manga, she does own some other Pokemon of her own besides Plusle, since she is a Rank 10 Ranger...

And no, your picture doesn't have to do anything with Pokemon Rangers since that's from Pokemon Mysterious Dungeon... o_O;;
