"Hmm… That's a good question!" Ali responded, thoughtfully.

"The incident took place too early in the year for me to tell," He stated, watching Princess slide from end to end of the table, attempting to reach the smoothie again.

"Anna, you were here for a year before me, right? Do you know if there are any outings?" He asked Anna.

Anna shruged. "I don't know.. I was called home on family things, so I really didn't get to do much, I'm suprised I was put through in all my classes except for Creative Writing," She sighed.
"Well I guess I should just forget the movie and look for something on TV tonight," she added laughing suddenly.

"man how can i have let this homework go over like this for so long." my table was cover with work and a pile of papers in one coner. that was the what little work i have done. the work covering the desk was the one that needed to be done. charmelon said "char char char mel on" i look over at him and said "hey are you going to help me are just stand there." he look at me and said " meloooon". we look at the first question and it said How does the effect of the Razz berries have on the coat of a pokemon? "man this one is hard. it going to be a long nigth"

Nat had ordered a chocolate milk shake and was sipping it quietly as she listened to the conversations around her. Ruby grew impatient with her zoning out and yanked the shake away from her.

When Ali declined another movie outing with Anna, Nat smiled to herself. She knew she didn't stand a chance.... but it was nice to dream. "I've got a ton of homework too!" Nat finally said, breaking out of her trance. "It's amazing the amount they've piled on us!" she added, laughing.

She then attempted to pull the shake from Ruby's hands, but failed miserably. Ruby had one MAJOR weakness.... chocolate. I shoulda ordered a smoothie... she thought as Ruby downed the remainder of the shake.

"I wonder if we'll ever get to see an actual gym battle?" Skye wondered aloud, finishing off her tea. Agile was patting her stomach, which was full of catsup. Skye looked down at her with a frown. "We'll have to work extra hard tomorrow....you're gonna get fat eating all those condiments!"

Agile pouted, even though she knew Skye was kidding. Smiling, Skye picked up her Pikachu, and stood up from the table.

"I really gotta get going on my homework," she told them. "I'll see you later. Anna, what time should I start worrying if you don't get back?"

Ali soon saw that Princess had managed to guzzle down the whole slushy on her own. He managed to laugh it off, and stood up.

"I'm gonna go finish up my homework too. None of it should be too hard, but I do still have all that stuff from yesterday that's due tomorrow, so I'll head out with Skye." He said, happily. He always believed he had a good work ethic, and considered himself some-what of a nerd, a title he took positively. What exactly is wrong with being intelligent, and potentially successful? He knew he'd be able to fly through his homework, but he didn't want to get into the habit of starting it late at night, incase of major projects. He stood by the door, and waited for Skye to join him.

OOC: As soon as I finished this post, I realized that leaving Nat and Anna alone may not be such a good thing XD

OOC: It may be interesting to see what pops up!! Oh the drama!! ^^

IC: Skye smiled as Ali got up to leave. She didn't think too much ont eh idea of leaving Anna and Nat to themselves, but Agile sure looked worried.

"C'mon, Ag," Skye said. "We've got to come up with a strategy for battle tactics tomorrow! I don't want to be doing it at like, 10 tonight!"

"Chuuu..." Agile whined, but in defeat. She plodded along beside Skye, glancing back every now and then to see if all was okay at the cafe.

"So Ali," Skye began hesitantly. She bit her lower lip. "Um...I'm not sure if you're aware of it....and I know you and Anna...well...Nat cares for you an awful lot."

She shut her mouth then, hoping this wouldn't cause too much trouble. She knew that Anna and Ali were really tight, but she knew that Ali needed to know in case something happened at the cafe while they were gone. Feeling a little distraught, Skye's pace slowed. She looked over at Ali, her face apprehensive, but not in a good way.

Ali looked awkwardly at Nat, thinking of what to reply with. Princess happily crawled along beside Agile.

"Oh… Really?" He asked her, not sure of what to think. To some extent, he felt good about himself, knowing that someone like that had feelings for him, other than Anna… But at the same time, it was a tad awkward to think of as well.

"Hmm… Well I guess now I'll understand why something happens-if anything… But other than that, I don't really see how much is different…" He told her, his skin a light tint of pink now.

"Nothing really should be different between us just because I found this out, right?…" He said re-assuringly, not sure if the statement was directed to Skye, or himself. They soon reached the gates of the Academy. Ali pulled them open for Skye, and followed in behind her.

"Not different between you and me..." Skye agreed, walking through the open gate with a polite thank you. "But I hope it won't make you feel awkward to be around Nat."

She looked at the grounds thoughtfully, though a frown played upon her lips. Agile sighed besid her, sensing her trainer's dismay. The girls' dormitory loomed ahead, promises of homework hanging gloomily around it.

"Well...I'll see you, Ali," Skye said, a little melancholy. "Have a good night."

OOC: katfox2, my character is back at the Academy, heading to her dorm...check my last post :)

OOC: Oops, sorry about that. I didn't want to read every post and I havn't been here in a while.

Shinin walked around the halls. Eventually, he got lost.

OOC: Shinin, you might want to send a PM to Keyblade Master...I believe she is the one responsible for starting this RP. Just to ask permission and make sure. :)

Ali waved farewell to Skye, with a lot of things in mind… Particularly about Nat. After reaching his room, he looked through his binders to see what homework he had. The only homework he had been assigned, was a map he had to label for his travel class, and a sketch of a pokemon in motion, for his Fine Arts class. He stumbled over to his drawer to find his atlus, and began to label the map with great care, still mindlessly thinking about what he had discussed with Skye. After about half an hour, he had finished labeling the map of Kanto, and decided to put off the sketch until tomorrow, where he could do it outdoors, during the day when there was more light. After preparing his bag for the next day, and getting changed into his pajamas, he glanced at his bed to see Princess, snuggled up in a corner. Ali fell to the bed, not very tired, but still seamlessly drifting into a light sleep.

Nat was quite uncomfortable, now that she had been left with Anna. She looked down at the table, thinking that she might be able to escape with the excuse of homework also. She thought about it, and decided to take a small chance.

"So, you and Ali are pretty close, huh?" she said slowly, not taking her eyes off the table. The only change in her appearance was that her cheeks began to turn pink.

Ruby looked up at her friend then. She was worried. Nat's heart had been broken so much lately, and Ruby wasn't sure Nat could handle any more. She scooted closer to her trainer as a reminder that she was there for her, no matter what happened.

Anna took a sip from her coke, for some reason she was a bit uneasy. Why she couldn't tell.
"Yeah we are.... we where very close last year," Anna said feeling her cheeks becomming hot. She felt bad for Nat. She liked, no, loved Ali, and she didn't want Nat to get in her way.
"I think I should also go... Leo return," she said recalling Leo and leaving.
"Ugh... Why do I feel so bad.... I love Ali.... how can she possibly know what we went through....," Anna thought walking back in the cold.

Nat realized she was alone, and it was an aweful feeling. The hurts of her life washed over her in huge waves. The death of her parents, her complicated love life back home, and now this whole Ali thing.... it was too much.

Choking back the tears that now threatened to escape, Nat rushed out of the coffee shop. She saw the route Anna was taking home, and took a different way. She hiked through a forest, hoping she wouldn't get lost. Ruby was nervous.

After the excersion (sp) through the forest, the two emerged in front of the Academy. Nat raced to her room and flopped on the bed. After a minute of harsh breathing, sobs racked her small figure. Ruby patted her trainer's arm. Nat couldn't stop crying. She wasn't sure why.... but this seemed like a bigger deal than it was. After all, she'd only known Ali for a couple of days.... But.... he'd seemed so nice to her.... a huge change from Tim....

Tim. Now that brought back painful memories. Nat sobbed again as her fingers traced the scar under her chin. Ruby patted her arm again, as she knew what Nat was thinking. Tim had been so horrible to Nat.....

Nat stopped crying slowly, and realized she had a ton of homework to do. She wiped her eyes and gave the scar a final caress (sp). She pulled out a sketch pad and made a quick one of Ruby. It would be good enough. She then started on a Mythology report. This was gonna be a long night.
