Welcome (back) Sapphire Latios!

IC: Skye couldn't help but smile as Dex helped her up from her seat, and placed her books in her waiting arms using his psychic ability. She watched him walk away towards the door so he and Merlin could train, and she felt a little...strange... She couldn't put her finger on it...but...

Agile distracted her with an urgent "pika pi!" which reminded Skye that she had to get to class. She and Agile bolted at a sprint down the hallway. Her destination was the physics room, which she dreaded. She hated math...
 
Nat didn't bother with lunch. She felt as though she was the third weel in all situations around her. Anna and Ali were busilly talking and laughing, and Skye was busy conversing with the new guy, Dex. Nat felt unwanted...

She placed herself on a grassy hill and allowed Ruby to devour the Pokepellets in her bag. She took out the pink toe shoes and danced the luch hour away. She danced away all fear and doubt, and sadness and depression.

But by dinner, her renewed self had dissapeared again. She went to the Hall for dinner and found herself watching Ruby eat her meal. She hadn't eaten at all today, but she just couldn't force herself to eat. Before she knew it, she found herself sketching. It wasn't any old sketch however, it was a sketch of Ali. Perhaps her feelings were deeper than she had thought.

She hardly glanced up to see if her friends would join her.
 
suddenly a Poliwag hopped by Nat with Merlin fast pursuit, and I mean Fast! he went past so quickly that he was a blur, and a couple of seconds after he passed there was a sudden blast of wind, Dex ran after him, a pokeball in hand, all of them dashed down the hill, until suddenly Merlin seemed to go both left and right at the same time and surrounded the Poliwag in a double-team maneuver, as the poliwag became disorientated, suddenly a kick lashed out from the blur around it and the little pokemon was on the ground.

"Very good, You are mine!" Dex said hurling the pokeball, it hit it with great precision and enveloped it in the red light, suddenly being pulled into the ball, it wobbled for a few moments, and was still, Dex picked the ball up quickly and seemed to smirk under the mask.

"Perfect..Merlin, come, with this you can evolve." with that they both ran up the hill, past Nat and back towards the academy.
 
Skye doodled in Physics, trying her best to pay attention, but her distaste for math got the best of her. Besides, Agile's accuracy was good. She knew it was childish to think this way, but she hated math so very much...

Capturing Sims was a lot easier with Agile fully recovered and present in the class. Skye accomplished capturing a high level Rapidash, as well as an Oddish. Professor Wattle gave her high marks for using creative strategies.

Fitness was fun. Skye and Agile succeeded in completing the obstacle course their professor had designed. Together, they plowed through obstacles, and they received high marks for the day. Skye and Agile retreated to the locker room to change out of their gym uniform before Literature.

"Pika..." Agile said softly, and Skye knew that this was immediately about Dex.

"What's wrong?" Skye asked, pulling on her jeans and buttoning them up quickly. She pulled off her white shirt to reveal her white tank top. She fought her way back into her black sweatshirt, and tied up her shoes.

"Chu..." Agile said in a mellow, rejected tone.

"Oh, Agile, you know no one will replace you...ever. We've been through so much, and I love you more than anything!" Skye assured her, pulling Agile into a tight hug.

Satisfied, Agile smiled, happy that everything was still all right. Skye carried her as well as her stack of books, out of the locker room and off to Literature, where she finished out her day in good spirits.

Agile and Skye waited in the hallway near the entrance of the Academy, which was next to the cafeteria. She wasn't sure if she and Dex were going into town or not, so she wanted to be sure to catch him. Leaning against the wall, she and Agile were quiet, enjoying each others' company. All the while, Skye wondered, what did Dex's face look like? She had never seen him without his mask...
 
Dex came round the corner to find Skye standing around with Agile, and walked up to them.

"Hello there, I apologize for not coming sooner, but I had something quite important to attend to, as you may have noticed." he said almost cheerfully, pointing to the corner, from which emerged Merlin, only now, he was an Alakazam.

"A little theory I worked on that seemed to work just like a charm, it Evolved Merlin in no time."

Merlin himself seemed to only look older with this new change, his huge beard was grey and tattered and he had a beard, unlike most Alakazam of the same kind as his moustache, he was wearing a black shroud around him and still had the same cane in his hand, but through it all, Merlin smiled and nodded slowly.
 
"Wow...two evolutions in two days!" Skye exclaimed, smiling at the Alakazam. "Congradulations...to you both."

"Pika...pikachu!" Agile agreed. She was at her usual perch atop Skye's shoulder.

Skye glanced out the window, the sill of which she was leaning against. The late afternoon sun set everything ablaze in a firey wash of orange. She smiled. What a great day...

"So where did you want to get dinner?" she asked, blushing slightly under the glow of the evening sun.
 
Nat saw Skye and Dex outside the Dining Hall. She sighed and pushed her tray of food away. Tears forming in her eyes again, Nat grew angry with herself. She should be happy for Skye! She angrilly shoved her drawing tablet back into her bag and left the table.

Ruby followed quickly, hoping her trainer was okay. She seemed so sad lately, and it pained Ruby to see her like this.

Upon exiting the Hall, Nat smiled at Skye, and even managed to smile at Dex. Ruby kept quiet, sparks held safely in her cheeks. She turned to head out the door, wondering if the pair had noticed her at all.
 
Anna walked into the dinner hall, looking around for Ali sighing slightly. She started at the large red A+ on her essay. She thought she'd be happier for it. Leo took his normal seat from his short Eevee days on Anna's lap looking up in concern to her.

"Espeon? Peon esp?", Leo asked carefully.

Anna looked to the Espeon and gave it a small hug, although she had not known the pokemon long, it felt like she knew it as long as she knew her Raichu, Sparkle. Anna scratched Leo's head and sighed.

"I guess I'm alright... I feel upset for Nat though... with everyone getting together.. I just wish there was something I can do for her...", she said.

Just the Leo got an idea and dove into Anna's large backpack looking for something. Anna just looked, not bothering to use her psychic powers to see what her pokemon was up to. Leo emerged holding a cute little purse with dragonite in rhinstones on it. Using psychic, Leo opened it pulling out a Nokia cell phone (LOL I'm using my really cell here XD) and handed it to Anna. Anna was puzzled.

"What? Why are you giving me my cell phone Leo?", Anna asked.

Leo rolled his eyes and scrolled through the contacts landing on a name, Minkai's Cell. Anna had suddenly got Leo's plan.

"You want me to talk to my brother.. who I haven't seen in two years?!?!?!", Anna yelled.

"Espeon!", Leo replied.

"I guess it's worth a try....", Anna said placing the phone back in the purse. "I'll call later. Now where is Ali?"
 
Nat sighed as she sat o the warm stone steps. Looking to the sky only dazzeled her eyes and forced her to look away. She pulled out her sketch pad again and looked at the drawing she made of Ali. She tore it out carefully and looked it over. It was the best drawing she had ever done. The shading was perfect, the proportions impecable. She slowly began to tear it up. With each rip, tears formed behind her eyes. A simngle tear dripped down her cheek as she let the wind carry the tiny pieces away.

She turned back to Ruby and smiled. "Hey now, don't look so worried! I'll be okay.... It's not like I haven't been the third wheel before!"

Ruby sighed and then grinned at her trainer.

"Come on pal, let's go do some training. You were weak in Battle and Capturing Sims today...."

Ruby began to argue the fact that it was Nat's fault. It was this way because she was distracting Ruby.

Nat giggled as she cast one last glance at Skye and Dex before heading into the woods.
 
Julia walked into her room with Naru by her side, after dinner, very excited. The moment they opened the door, they saw 2 letters placed on the floor behind the door. Julia immediately grabbed them after seeing them and pulled them open, skimming through the letters.

"We… WE MADE IT!" She yelled, throwing the papers in the air.

"We got the parts! There is an information meeting tonight at 8 in the Drama Studio!" She told Naru, very excited. She looked at the watch, seeing that it was already 7:45. Grabbing the letters, she ran back out the door, and down the stairs into a wide hall, hoping Naru was behind her. Taking a quick turn down another flight of stairs, and taking another set of stairs in further down to her immediate right, they reached a narrow hall, going both the left and right ways. Turning to the right, they bumped into a good friend of Julia's, Minkai, who was also Naru's cousin. After waving, they soon reached the Drama room, and saw that although they were early, the group was already there, and the person in charge was taking attendance.

"Alright, I'd like you each to put up your hands after I call out your names… Starting with Avanance, Elijah, Vileplume?" A 16 year old male with a tint of purple in his scruffy hair put up his hand, using his other to scratch his goatee as he observed the other trainers, a Vileplume resting by his side.

"Francis, Kyle, Arcanine?" Another male, the age of 17, put up his hand. He had a very bright blonde, almost white, shade of hair, which many found unusual. Compared to the coat of his Arcanine's fur, the hair was not nearly as shiny.

"Hawkins, Cloud, Charizard?…" He obviously hadn't arrived yet.

"Hunter, Naru, Jolteon?" Naru released her Jolteon from it's pokeball, not realizing it was needed. Julia quickly did the same with her Marill,

"Kabania, Julia, Marill?" Julia slowly raised her hand, glad with how prompt she was to release her Marill.

"And Vanille, Monica, Chikorita…" A shy, meek, petite girl put up her hand, about the age of 10. Her straight, long, black hair rolled off her shoulders. The Chikorita which she received at the beginning of the year was sitting alertly on her lap, curious about her surroundings.

"Seeing how the letter said 8, we're going to wait until then for Cloud to come… If he doesn't show before them, we'll call his room… Until then, feel free to commune with each other…"

Ali walked into the dining room after his classes had finished, seeing Anna.

"Hey Anna!" He said, patting Leo atop his head.

"How was your classes?" He asked them, seeing Anna with a paper in her hand.

I want to catch up, I'm really sorry (again) for not replying. Sometimes I don't have that much time to do this, but since I'm going to be in vacation I'll have more time. Anyways, my question is, what's happening so far?
 
Castrainer- Yup ^_^ I turn down no one, post some info and join in ^_^
Marina99- ^_^;; I'll try and look through the thread when I get back from summer school[Yes, your neighborhood mod is a supid person that has to go to summer school to prevent getting left back XD], and I'll write a summary, and post it for anyone else returning/starting. ^_^ And now I'm gonna make an Academy off-topic thread to make this one a bit less.... messy >.<

Dex thought about places to eat, but finaly gave up.

"Im Afraid I know next to nothing about this town, maybe you should suggest where to go?" he ventured nervously.

"Im getting out of sorts around her, losing my focus... I only wish i could relax a little." he thought to himself.
 
The forest was dark and dreary. It kinda spooked both Trainer and Pokemon. They did thier best on training, and Nat helped Ruby perfect her Thunder Punch attack. It was now deathly accurate. The two turned to go back home and realized they were totally lost.

Now, Ruby began to freak out, but luckilly, Nat kept her cool. She started to trace thier footsteps and eventually found a path. Soon enough, however, Nat lost the trail and things were beginning to seem hopeless.

They were now in the heart of the forest. Few had ever ventured this far in, and Nat was beginning to get worried. She pasted a smile to her face to keep Ruby's spirits up. They paused in a quiet clearing to rest.

Nat was suddenly alerted by Ruby of an approaching Pokemon. Nat strained her ears and soon heard a faint tinkling noise. The air around them suddenly glowed pink and none other than Mew appeared in front of them.

The forest is not safe for you, young trainer. Mew said telepathically.

Mew then extended the bubble around itself to envelope Nat and Ruby. The graceful Pokemon flew above the forest and tword the school. Suddenly, it dove sharply downwards and the bubbled dissapeared with a small "pop".

Strait through those bushes is the Academy. Mew "said" to her. Please do not wander that far into the forest again.

"I won't," Nat said, hanging her head in shame.

One last thing. You cannot tell anyone that I am living here. It would be disasterous for you and for me. This must be our secret, friend. You are the 1st to stumble on my lair, and I would like to keep that number from growing.

"Of course, Mew. You have my word that no one will know about this."

And with that, Mew streaked back through the trees. Nat and Ruby exited the forest and began the trek back to the building.
 
Minkai stood totally lost as he stood outside of the new academy he was transfered to. As he tried to make heads of the map he was given, his Pikachu, Squeekers, was giving him a hard time.

"Pikachu....", the small mouse pokeball said from its pearch of his trainer's head.

Minkai only shook his head slightly and he suddenly noticed a girl running up to the buliding, he ran over to her.

"Excuse me, can you tell me where I can find my twin sister, Anna Hunter?", he asked his face turning red as he got a good look at the girl. (BTW, he ran into Nat ^_^)

Anna smiled to Ali and showed him her A+ paper.

"I got an A+!!! That's going to bring my grade in Creative Writing up so much!", she said happily.

She then looked into Ali's eyes, she leaned over to him and kissed him. She blushed as she pulled away and Leo looked very surprised at her actions.

"That's for believing in me when I thought I couldn't get out of my bad grade hole," She said shyly, knowing her face was the brightest red it could be. "And thanks for always being there for me," she added looking down to her feet.

EDIT: This is what Minkai looks like (I have two diffrent looks, lol)

"Uh, yeah. Anna's inside, probably in the Dining Hall..." Nat said. Who knew Anna had a brother, and a twin at that! "I can take you there if you'd like!" she added brightly, smiling.

Ruby noticed another Pikachu and started giggling. "Rai! Raichu!!" it said. This caused Nat to giggle a bit herself.

"Ruby is quite fond of the Electic Mouse family," she explained quickly.
 
"Yeah, Squeekers is too," he laughed. "And that would be a great help if you help me, I just got transfered here."

He smilied, he was wearing a dark red sweatshirt with a pair of loose fitting jeans, he scratched his orangy-blonde hair, with his tips dyed red, while he normally spiked his hair, it flopped down ungeled. He looked at Ruby and Squeekers and then looked to Nat.

"Hmm... She's kinda cute," he thought to himself.
