Empires already have Color Bases, So come up with a name for your Empire, Make it a Nation and we can have our own little government thingy! lol

You can Even be creative and give it a flag a national language and everything else you want ^_^.

Another thing you can do is appoint people jobs, Like Tan Offical or Blue Chairman, Or Community Helper. The Choice is yours.

Remember an Empire can have more than one Ruler
