Baisically a place where you can complain about the games in general, I.E. everything that annoys you, that's repeated in every game.
First off the lack of customization in your carreer. For instance it's allways, ok your in the rural town, you try to go into the grass, your ten, and a old (bar the hoen one) proffesser stops you, or profeser X wants to talk to you. Gain a starter, walk to the next town which is allways a town without a gym there to battle (or at least at that moment), then to the next town with a gym. 8 gyms. -.-
What I'd like for to happen is first save data you HAVE to go to the profeser for a starter and the general crap of the game telling you how to opperate the controlls and what the games about. Just incase the controlls and/or mechanics of the game have drastically changed. Then your in a medium sized city (I.e not a London, NY, Sydney, Tokyo type city, but not a farm town). Perhaps with a gym, perhaps without one. I'd like the city to be on a cross roads. Then the adventure's up to you, depending on what your starter is people can suggest you to go a certain way (I.e if you picked a fire starter, it would be unwise to go south as the first gym is a rock type gym, so somebody could suggest for you to go west, where there's a grass type gym, but there's still the challange of taking on a rock type gym if you want. I would like 16 different gyms, some type persific (I.E. like it is now) and some could just be random (I.E. Blue). You only have to beet 8 of the gyms to be able to go to the poke league, like usuall, but you can also do all 16 before the poke league and the evil organisation storyline is continued throughout all 16 gyms, so if you do the poke league before you finish all 16 gyms you'll still be able to finish the storyline.
However you can evidently see problems with this. What happens if you do all 4 starter gyms (I.E. the first 4 that can all be your first). And when you get to the poke league it's too hard. Well to combat this you could have the lvls changing, so for the first gym lvls could be 7-14, second gym, 13-17, third 16-20, fourth 18-23 and so on. The league would also change if you went about the first 8, for instance if you do 10 gyms before you challend the league the league would be, lets say 10 levels harder, so that there's constantly a challenge. Also if you do the league I believe that the gyms you haven't completed should become 5-10 levels stronger. As you gain about 3-6 levels just doing it in one run through. I also believe that each route should have more pokemon, instead of 5 maybe 15. Starters should also be catchable, though they should be extremely rare, and underleved, compared to other pokemon in that area (I.E. if the average lvl of pokemon in one area is 25, the starters would be about lvl 15.)
I also think after your first completion of the game (I.E. poke league once (or twice if you do it before all gyms are complete) 16 gym badges and the evil gang beaten) you should be able to repeate your game, but so that you can borrow a pokemon and you have to catch your own starter for the wild. This would make it far more interesting.
