Appearance: Ruby is a very shy girl, she has long blonde hair and aqua blue eyes. normally she wears a red shirt with a pokeball picture on it, black shorts, and wine red boots, but she also likes to wear blue which is her favorite color. she's a very thin girl, sometimes she wears her hair in a tail, she also has a lil pokeball hairclip in her hair. when people see her they judge her for her appearence. They think she's a arrogant girl, but when they get to know her better they discover she's actually a nice girl with a lack of confidence.

Personality: ruby is a very shy but pretty girl, but towards friends she's very open and spontanous, she likes to pull pranks. she's nice and polite towards everyone, doesn't matter if it's a friend, stranger or a enemy, she hates to dissapoint anyone.
she's born in a rich family, thats why people normally think she's arrogant and judge her for her appearance, she never felt in love once but when a boy likes her Poochyena scares them away. Her weakness is that she's scared for people to abandon her, she's scared for this since she has been left alone by all her friends when she was little. She has no confidence at all but she truly believes and has faith in her pokemon. when she battles she seems to have more confidence and she also seems more outgoing.

History: Ruby's hometown is Pallet Town in the Kanto region. when she was little she used to be bullied for her weird colored eyes, but her siblings always protected her. one day when her siblings weren't near, one of her classmates was bullying her again, which caused a little Poochyena to get mad with him. Bravely she protected the little Ruby from the boy, the Poochyna decides to stay with her to protect her and thats the day Ruby got her very own pokemon. Now she's older the band Poochyena and she has only became stronger. On age of 10 she begun her pokemon journey together with Poochyena, she cought strong pokemon. most of her pokemon are by professor oak, while she travels along with Eevee, Zorua and Poochyena who she seems to understand like no other. she really can understand what her pokemon says, the cause of that probely is cuz together with her siblings she always played in the forest with the wild pokemon. she has two sisters, Cecilia and Olivia, and one big brother, Terra, Ruby is the youngest of the four. her mother died when she was young, it sometimes hurts her to think back about that time.

@jasonwolf: ...People need to stop making their pokemon cause actual earthquakes or actual blizzards or anything like that unless they want the staff to come to the completely reasonable conclussion that the pokemon and it's trainer are to irresponsible and dangerous to walk free. Bulbapedia can tell you what most attacks look like... most. Earthquake is a powerful shockwave traveling across the ground for instance and blizzard is a beam-like attack like ice beam on steroids.

ATTENTION
We've had problems with lots of people missing posts lately. This is nobody's fault, but rather a n issue resulting from the sheer size of the roleplay. The good news is there's a really easy fix. When your Character first starts interacting with another character, that is to say the first post you make where you want a response to it. Simply send the RPer a VM telling them "(character X) just interacted with (character Y). Just letting you know" so that the person is aware and can make sure to check your posts. If you're really feeling progressive you cam even link them to your exact post. I tell you guys this for your own good, as it will help reduce frustration in the future.

well Ace was only able to affect the field of battle. it just was rather bad since the field was unstable. he didn't make the whole island shake or anything even close to that. he maybe cause a tremor over a what 30x20 rectangle?

@Jasonwolf: ...Very local shaking could be a side effect of the shockwave. Make your attacks make sense by using the official version of the attack, a shockwave. An actual earthquake directly damaging people or pokemon makes no physical sense to begin with. I mean can you even imagine how hard you'd need to make the ground shake to hurt someone with shaking alone let alone an animal with super powers? Earthquakes are notorious because fixed structures tend to be very vulnerable to them and we tend to be in, around, or depend on those structures.

(That and...well....the tsunamis they cause every once in a while. But that's another story entirely. =s)

@HunterZero: Not much, Hunter. Perhaps you should ask where everyone is to give you a good idea of what to do.

A psychopathic person only able to think about himself. Once set on a target, will use any means necessary to reach it. Possibly the worst thing to hit the earth after the bible, no words can describe how cruel and twisted he is, and he is far more likely to team up with the bad people.

History: Exceptionally talented at physics and crafting. Other than that, his past is surrounded in darkness. Only he knows it, and he is certainly not going to share it with anyone.

...Oh, and you're not allowed to opt out of filling in your character's history and the personality field is way, way too short. Characters cannot read SUs so this should not be an issue.

I agree with PkMnTrainer Yellow, that was very, very disrespectful. And yes, you need to have all the information. If it's supposed to be hidden from other RPers, for whatever reason, send it to a GM with Private Message. But do not bring your hate speech and negative attitude to this kind and cheery community, you will be rejected faster then your twisted sign-up.

Personality (How does your character act and react to others? Their mental state? Flaws and/or personal weaknesses?): He is kind, he try to befriend his rivals and love to complete his Pokedex. Likes he's Pokemons,for him they are his pals! He's pretty nice in general, and friends with about everyone. It doesn't matters he likes all the pokemons. The fave colours are Red,Blue,Yellow and White and LOVE to train Pokemons.

History: When he was in age of 5, he've seen a Charmander being attacked by 3 spearows and + it was raining. He quicly picked the Charmander and put him in his house and rested for awhile. After that, Charmander decided to join Jay and the two has accepted to travel one each other. After training, Charmander has evolved into Charmeleon and they decided to take on every gym leader in alllll the region. Jay has lived in Kanto ,Pallet Town and has already visited Johto (Olivine City,Ecruteak and Goldenrod.) and Unova (Castelia City). When Jay prepared his Pokemon Trainer clothes,his bag and especially his Pokemons his Mother and Father haved an idea to Jay go to the Pokemon Trainer Academy to become a better Trainer. So he got to the tall grass and catched more Pokemons.

@Starforce23: Hmm... Well, your SU needs to be improved upon before I feel comfortable accepting it. Your personality section is both somewhat short and... very noticeably lacking any negative qualities. o-o The character can't be perfect and all.

In addition, your history section discusses how your character came across his charmander, and how he decided to come to the academy. However... it doesn't tell us much about the character beyond these two simple things. I would feel uncomfortable approving a character with so much potential to surprise me, the person who's supposed to be quality control.

Overall, the quality of the writing is in need of some improvement too, I'm afraid.
 
Hey, Yellow, I want to post out something but I'm in a battle against Darkgoalie and he hasn't responded to my last post, so what do I do?
 
@pokepokemo: Eh..? How long has it been? If someone is taking ages to post... (It's polite to wait at least 2-3 days at minimum. However, at times even that can be painful.) then you can bunny your way out of whatever's going on by having something interrupt/interfere and take your character away from the other. That's the most polite way to go about it anyway. The other way is to retcon the battle happening completely, which isn't very cool but is also an option in extreme circumstances.
 
I wonder, has anyone been paying attention to my KIYOKO posts, besides Bassiroth? I'm genuinely curious on if anyone's really even interested... :o
