My fav attack would be Faint attack and hidden power.

Hyperbeam yes it is effective a lot but it removes 130HP when used normally which is less than solarbeam which removes 135HP.

Well first see how many and which pokemons the leader has well third gym i'll say he might have 3-4 pokemon but u can use 6 so that u can defeat them easily
