TV The Powerpuff Girls' Current Voice Actors

    In the Powerpuff Girls 2016 animated reboot TV series, why do you think Amanda Leighton, Kristen Li and Natalie Palamides replaced Cathy Cavadini, Tara Strong and E. G. Daily as Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup's voice actresses?
     
    From what I remember reading, Cartoon Network said that recruiting Amanda, Kristen and Natalie was a "creative decision". But it does bring up a point, why would our main three get new VAs yet other characters (such as Mojo Jojo and the Mayor) get to keep their original VAs.

    It wasn't just the three girls whose VAs changed in this reboot. Princess Morbucks also gained a new voice (she's voiced by a scriptwriter, Haley Mancini) yet somehow Jennifer Hale (her original VA) is still staying on as Ms. Keane.
     
    Who knows--perhaps for just change in general? Apparently, the original voice actors were never asked if they'd like to play their roles again.
     
    Because Cartoon Network is horrible at reboots.
