They'll all give you 70 BP. The red one is my personal favorite and the easiest for me to get done, but if you find another one more appealing I could still do it for you.

P.S. I could PM a list of all the Gen 4 HP combinations if you'd like.

I'm guessing you wanted to request an EV'd Pokémon, but that's not part of the giveaway. I'm only taking breeding requests.
 
does a flawlees adamant ditto count as a breeding request?

Unless you plan on evolving it to Espeon or my guess Umbreon, Synchronize is not one of Eevee's abilities.
