well, if it's not lv. 100, enter a battle (either wi-fi or local play) and choose a lv. 100 bump up battle, this will give you the stats of the pokemon at lv. 100, write down the stats and then go on serebii IV calculator (type in IV calculator on google), then enter the nature and stats (when at lv. 100) and it will tell you the IV's

You can do a IV battle to check IVs

Nvm on the swablu unless you can get an adamant one
 
i have never IV breed before but are you wanting any poke in particular?

i can try to IV breed a dratini with dragon rush t bolt flamethrower and secret power

how do i breed the desired natures? and which is best for dratini?
 
Jolly and Adamant are good
Also Dragonite is better having Dragon Dance
 
ok im going to start breeding now

but how do i make it more certain i will get those natures?
 
Give a female a everstone and it will get the females nature 50%
and for ditto cases

Male + Ditto = Ditto gets Stone
Female + Ditto = Female gets Stone
None + Ditto = I think ditto not sure
