Guys' not wanting to look at other men naked is not just that they're not attracted to men's bodies. They're uncomfortable with the idea of men being portrayed as sexually desirable because they're stuck in their own heads and can't quite step outside of themselves and see things from the perspective of people who are attracted to men. Everything is about how attractive something is to them, straight males, not what others might want, so when they see men in the buff a part of their brain goes "What is this? I'm not attracted to this! Make it go away!" It's also part of what makes lots of guys so hostile to gay men since it confuses their brains which are wired to see men = desiring and women = desirable. When a man is shown as desirable in their heads it turns the man into a woman, or feminine, or whatever. It's not something they want because then they see themselves as the powerless objects they see women as.
