You can ask for only 5 pokemon in your sign up so you have space for hm slave.
 
Ok if you mean temporary replacing one team member with hm slave when you need it that's ok - If you mean permamently I will allow it if you drop the last pokemon you got which is Carracosta. But I think that the team that you got covers pretty much all HMs.

None of them cover Cut, which is the most annoying thing. Herdier was the one I temporarily replaced with a patrat, which is level 4. Herdier is still level 1. I don't think his ever going into battle, since his a normal type.
 
Like I said if you want to permamently replace one of your pokemon you have to either ask for reroll either replace the last pokemon in your roll - carracosta. Or you can do it just temporary - audinos give you a lot of exp so it shouldn't be any problem grinding up lillipup and let me tell you something- Stoutland is a good tank despite being a normal type believe me - so I recommand that you at least give him a chance :3

Elekid is supposed to evolve at level 30 but Dodrio evolves at level 31 :o
 
Really?? I always thought it evolves at level 30?! Darn Doduo. XD
Yeah I think it might've been changed since Elekid's a starter. Too bad he evolved RIGHT AFTER the fight with Misty. -w-U
 
Are you talking about FireRed Omega? Because that's odd :o I just finished fire monotype on that game and my magmar evolved at level 30 and so did Jynx last time I used it O.o
 
Yes, FireRed Omega. I specifically remember looking up what level Elekid evolves at and being surprised he evolved right after I beat Misty(during that battle). I checked and he was only level 25. I mean now he's level 31ish so showing a pic would be useless but yeah, I thought it might've been changed for all the starters. ._.U

Wait we're aloud to evolve our pokemon? And I would give Stoutland a chance, but I really don't want, that when I'm walking I need to use cut so I'd go all the way back, so its going to suck for me. Carracosta is going to be a vital part of my team, but maybe if I need it I'll get stoutland.
 
Like I said you need to drop Carracosta and no other team member - not because I'd be a mean person but because it makes it so much easier for me to update first post when person drops last pokemon instead of one in the middle of a sign-up - otherwise it just causes massive confusion for me and a ton of extra editing because it will probably be a while before I updated main post again.

And yes, if you state that you don't want NFE's you are allowed to evolve your pokemon.

New rule was added on the OP:

2.1. However traded or hacked pokemon must be either level 1 either level 5 depending on the game and from an egg. They must be legit
and they need to be their base form- Let's say that you got Aggron, Blaziken, Breloom and Beautifly for the team- You may hack in eggs
or these pokemon but you have to hack in Aron, Torchick, Shroomish and Wurmple.

Duckface I am sorry to say that but I cannot count your run as legit because you hacked in already evolved pokemon.

To both of your questions yes: You hack them in as starter evolutions and yes legendaries are ok as long as they are not on the banned list.

Alright time to start all over. The thing that bugs me was that I was outside the elite four. grahhh
