the re-released verisons of pokemon adventures have come out with covers

Interesting cover... isn't that from the back page of the manga in the original PokeSpe? Or At least in the Chuang-Yi ones... a bit plain, IMO. :(

I like these covers i wonder when they are going to have a volume 3 cover.

Yay! I'm SOOOO going to buy Volume 1!!

I really hope they also do a re-translation of all the text.. Taking out the lame puns and horrible chapter names, replacing them with the original "VS _____", and also change Blue and Greens names back the way they should be. Otherwise, ill just continue to buy the Japanese versions at my local import store. lol =3

But its about time they realized this series could make them some money again, either way.

And I also agree the first volume cover is a bit lacking, but the original cover was kind of lacking anyway, and like someone else said, they cant reuse the cover from "Best of RED" without confusing many customers.

They better treat my favorite series with care! lol.

=)

I like the second cover. It's special but I prefer Volume 1 in Japanese version ones.

Hmm... I agree, plus the old one had Mew on it. Oh well, no matter what the covers look like =D

Actually, theres an Uwajimaya (Japanese grocery store) close to where I live, which also has a Kinokuniya Bookstores branch inside. But for those who arent in the Beaverton OR, or Seattle WA area, you should be able to Order volumes of PokeSpecial from Sasugabooks.com. They have a warehouse in the US where they ship their orders from, so you are not charged crazy prices fo rinternational shipping. Many of the older volumes are on backorder, however, and they dont have the newest Volume 30 available for order yet. But, if you buy more than $40 worth of books, you get free shipping (US only, sorry). =)

Lucky for me I have a Japanese manga store just a few minutes drive away. ^^;;
