in the order of hp, atk, def, sp atk, sp def, speed.

That Celebi may be hacked....it has 31 IVs across the board:
IV calculator came up with this: 30 - 31 / 30 - 31 / 31 / 30 - 31 / 30 - 31 / 30 - 31

have you tried EV reducing berries on it? Stats seem awfully high for an UT level 10 Celebi.

each pokemon has a set set of individual values (IV) when caught, received, or obtained. These values don't change even when traded. They only change when someone deliberately hacks a legit one to make it a god like for use of competitive battling. there is a 1/32 chance for each stat to have 31....think about the chances for all 6 stats having 31...a coincidence that's far too unlikely.... :\

There's no regular stats since you could SR for it in the Japanese Colosseum. However, here are mine anyways:
Bold, Likes to thrash about: 41/24/27/25/25/25 <---I'm even suspicious about this one since Celebi's base stats are all the same so 3x 25 makes me wonder if it's hacked or not.

Shiny Lax, Alerts to Sounds: 42/25/29/27/24/28 <----aside from being shiny, this one seems more "normal" since the stats are up and downs....there's no way to tell the legitimacy of a pokemon though just from inspection on the surface since there are a lot of hacks. You need to run the pokemon through various checks to make sure it's 90% legit...even then there's a chance that something was missed and it will turn out hacked.

It's hard to tell the difference at such a low level, but when you compare stuff like 2 level 70 Celebis, then you can see the difference of what's really fake and what's not.
