6th Gen The saved game data is corrupted...(AS, digital copy)

Well, today is a sad day because I woke up , opened my 3DS and saw the above message.......I am not going in detail of what I lost, I only want to know if I can restore it by any way...I have already searched forums speaking about data corruption but nothing was close to my problem (they mostly referring about physical copies and my AS is digital).

So I have 2 questions:

1) Can I retrieve corrupted data and go on with my game? (the obvious one)
2) In digital copy games, where the pokemon save is located? SD card or internal 3DS memory? Because cuting + paste all SD card sounds to me stupid , since my other games like Legend of Zelda: Triforce Heroes and Pokemon Yellow are not corrupted, their saves are working fine. I mean, I am not sure if the reason is bad SD card or not.

I am looking forward for your replies...

First questions: did this happen after you used Powersaves? Did you spill anything on the game? Is it a physical cart or digital?

And no, I never used any kind of hacks or something else modification, it's a pity , I don't deserve this kind of loss.

Nah, it's okay. I was just asking because I got this error once while I accidentally used Powersaves incorrectly. But it only works for physical copies, I misread the first post.

What were you doing before you got this message? Did you start up the game and saw this, or did it suddenly appear as you were playing? Did you try and inject something into your game and then got this message?

Do you have Pokemon Bank on your 3DS? Can you use your game file with Pokemon Bank or is Bank unable to read your file at all? Is your game fully updated?

Sorry for all the questions! I've been doing some reading online and I'm just trying to figure out the exact situation.

edit: someone said that maybe putting your SD card into your computer, copying everything, deleting off SD card, then re-putting info on the card would help. Well, thanks for the questions anyway, I will try to answer them each to make the post easier to read:

What were you doing before you got this message?

I don't remember exactly the spot of my saving but I was not doinng anything special, just farming stuff in some Super Secret Bases and then saved my game after that as usual.

Did you start up the game and saw this, or did it suddenly appear as you were playing?

I jusy started the game the other day and saw this message.

Did you try and inject something into your game and then got this message?

By injection you mean trading with my other 3DS (Omega Ruby)? I remember trading back a Leafeon (from OR to AS) but it was not something special , I mean his OT was chinese name (received it from Wonder Trade when it was just an Eevee, months ago) but it was legal because I had it for months without issues.

Yes, I have Bank but unfortunately cannot read my AS save file, only the OR one :( ...funny thing is that my AS secret base looks fine in my OR and I also managed to play some poke-milles mini games at the site using game file from AS).
And of course my game is updated , v 1.4.

I'm honestly not really sure :( I've been looking on the internet but I can't find anything. Because you didn't use any external devices, I would maybe try and contact Nintendo for help. Maybe they won't be able to restore the data (they probably won't be able to) but they can maybe figure out why it happened and how to avoid it in the future.

I think your only option is to delete your save file and try again :( I'm really sorry.

Hi there!
I remember my digital OR copy has been corrupted multiple times but I did manage to restore it multiple times. What I did was hopped on the eShop, looked up the game via search, clicked on it, and scrolled down until there's an option for "Repair Software". Clicking on it will prompt you if there's a need to repair it, click on it, and then wait a bit; it should be able to fix your corrupted save if any issues are detected (if it says there's no issues, you can still launch the repair process regardless without losing your save). Let me know if this works!

Well, the loss is a loss , to be honest, the progress of the game was not very big and the 2 tool pokemon (Smeargles) I had , I managed to re-create them in my OR (phyiscal copy , never had issues with corrupted data)

But , I would like to know the reason behind all this in order not to face it again, someone mentioned in a forum that this is caused just after you save the game and close the 3ds from power.
