Eliminster's quarters were off on the other side of campus, I had to jog to make it there in time. Knocking on his door, I waited until I heard his command of "Enter." I had to think to keep from sneering in disgust at the clutter all around. Compared to the neat state of Coulin's office, or my own (and now Drizzt's) room, this was utter chaos. Papers lay scattered about, hopelessly disorganized. Eliminster himself looked as though he'd been up for days and hadn't changed in that long either. His robes were a fright. Nonetheless, I bowed slightly and said "You wanted to speak, Master?"

"Well then that's your choice, isn't it!" David laughed before getting a punch in the face from Butch's right hand, sending him flying yet again, although this time he managed to land on my feet. "Let's do this then!"

Butch ran at him, and went to punch when he jumped away, his fist getting caught in the wall. He was open for attack!

Adrian lifted her fist when suddenly someone behind her said, "What's going on here? Shouldn't you be going for help?" She whirled around to face an unknown boy.

"It never occurred to me..." she replied, a bit embrassed. "But I can't leave David like this..."

I watched in amazement as Butch attempted to remove his fist from the wall, but failed. Over and over again he tried, but no luck. "I think I'm done here." I said, now filled with confidence as I returned to Adrian's side, only to find her with another guy. "Who are you?"

Bowing low, until his nose touched his toes, he came back up, his brillant lavender eyes showed no sign of threat. "You may call me Drizzt." Drizzt said politely.

"I was just walking around when I saw a fight, and came to investigate. Tis all." Drizzt said moving over to the boy with his fist stuck in the wall. Drizzt grabbed his rist and gave a quick jerk and both of the boys fist were removed from the wall.

"You should really watch out for were you put your hands." Drizzt said, before moving passed them and walking away slowly looking at the paintings again.

(OOC - Is Butch a NPC? n_n; )

Adrian watched, shocked as the boy who introduced himself as Drizzit pulled both of Butch's fists out of the wall.

"David... we should run before he regains his senses..." she whispered, pulling on his sleave.

OOC: Oh well... doesnt matter now, XD

IC: "Yeah... that's a good idea..." I said, a little bit afraid again as I grabbed Adrian's hand and began to tug in the direction of the cafe. I blushed slightly, knowing I was holding her hand

OOC: No, Drizzt just pulled his fist out of the wall, I wasn't controlling Butch. If so I would have made him walk away harmlessly. I left David to determine the outcome.

IC: Drizzt made his way under a tree and looked up at the sky. He was becoming hungry, and didn't have any clue where to find any food. He thought about going back to the the kids, but he figured they were long gone, so he got to his feet and began to search for the cafeteria.

OOC: I was just wondering if I could control him... That's all. n_n;

Adrian noticed that David was holding her hand again... Such a nice feeling... she thought as she blushed a bright red, which contradicted sharply with her pale complexion.

As they reached the cafe, she found out that she didn't know what to talk about. "So... how's the weather outside?" she asked him akwardly.

OOC: Oops. I guess I misunderstood...yet again! XD

IC: Upon arriving at that cafetria, that was clearly signed "Cafe", Drizzt found himself, yet again, looking at the boy and girl he had seen just a few minutes before.

Not wanting to interupt, he just sat down silently, contemplating what he wanted to eat, now that he was here.

"Wouldn't know what it is right now, but it was sunny last time I was out." I responded after thinking for a bit. "I know this is a bit of a personal question, but what's your history, your background? I'd just like to learn more about you."

<OOC>No, LSU's aree no longer accepted on any count.<OOC>

The old mage said "Yes, yes I did. I think you may be wasting your time with weaponry." Although I personally disagreed, I bowed my head slightly and said "If you say so, Master." Eliminster snapped "Don't patronize me, boy! Now, I want you to imitate my finger movements." I watched closely as he took his fingers through a quick series of arcane patterns. When he was done, a blow glow filled the air. He said "Try it" I imitated him, hesitantly at first, but rapidly gaining confidence. When I finished, I had a blue glow of my own, though not as large or vibrant as the old mage's. He looked at it and said pensively "As I thought."

((OOC - Sorry David~ >"< ))

"Wouldn't know what it is right now, but it was sunny last time I was out." Adrian shivered unconsciously, knowing that one beam could be fatal?. "I know this is a bit of a personal question, but what's your history, your background? I'd just like to learn more about you." David added.
?It?s okay, really?? Adrian started. ?I was born to some normal humans, who were shocked when they found out that their child was a? vampire.? she muttered, eyes flashing red. ?they thought I was cursed? and warded me off with crosses and garlic.? she paused and laughed bitterly. ?Like that could ever work.?

?It got worse as I started to yearn for blood?? she said, feeling her teeth with her tongue. ?They almost killed me.? she said, her face expressionless. ?At last? I got an invitation to this school.? she said, managing a small smile.

?What about you?? she asked David.

"My family was poor, and in order to earn money, I sold myself away to a company for testing." I said, my eyes now focused on the ground. It hurt to think about it. "When it was over, I heard that my parents had died in a car crash, and found that I had become much more agile. I could jump highers, had near perfect balance, and always landed on my feet. I recieved an invitation a year after. Now, today, this happens." I finished, pointing to my eyes, tail, and ears.

"My family was poor, and in order to earn money, I sold myself away to a company for testing." he said, his eyes focused on the ground. Adrian nodded thoughtfully, sipping at the blood pack.

Adrian stopped sipping, and here she was drowning herself in self-pity? She was ashamed to think that it had never occurred to her that there were other people? who were more or worse unfortunate than her?

?I?m sorry?? she said softly. She said this both for herself to hear and to David. Sorry for wallowing in self-pity. Sorry for his loss of his parents?

"No problem." I replied as I passed her the blood pack from earlier. "I mean, life moves on, right? I got over it, and that's what has gotten me so far. I still miss them, but it isnt worth crying my heart out, you know what I mean? And I'm sorry for you too, it doesn't sound like your life has been much better." I finally finished, and placed my hand on her in a comforting way.

?It?s okay too.? Adrian replied softly, half of her mind still embedded in her memories. ?The most important thing is? that we?ve lived through it.? she finished, returning to sipping the blood.

"Yeah, I guess so." I replied as I watched her drink the blood. It seemed gross, yet cute, for some reason or another. "So what are you doing tonight?" I asked her, staring at her still. She was beautiful, there was no doubting that, and she had the personality to match.
