Yay! XD, right, go to msn.com, and press sign in(in the right-top corner), click it, and then there will be a spoiler button kinda thing that says register, press that.

Tell me when you've done that XD, then ill continue.

Ok!, now there will be a form, fill out everything, on where is says 'email address:' or summut XD, you type the email that you want to create(cause ya hafta have an msn email to get msn messanger), tell me when that id done =3

No, not like that XD, sowwy, now, click on the messenger bit where it has a pic of 2 stick(kinda like XD) people, then click dat, if you cant find it, its near the top right hand corner, now just click 'download now' ^^:;;, then your done!, and when your done, tell me your email(that you created on msn) here or in PM ^^;;
