that was from the actual ep. yeah ive seen that its called "Simpsons 138th Episode Spectacular" and that ep also tells you there 2nd choice on the ep "Who Shot Mr. Burns part 2" they were going to have Smithers shoot burns but they had maggie do it^^ but in the end he was still alive and he wanted the baby arrested but they wouldn't (besides you else would arrest a baby^^)
