Regice needs more special defense EVs, kinda like how steelix needs plenty defense EVs. I'd go to about 520 SDef on Regice, but that's just me. Resttalker is equal to pwnage.

First things first, an effective Mamoswine set
Mamoswine @ Choice Band
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
- Ice Shard
- Stone Edge
Wipes the floor with just about anything. Though I like a Choice Scarf variation better for some odd reason.
Or better yet, since you're taking advantage of Snow Warning, you'd probably want to run with a blend of the Classic :horns: combo:

Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Substitute
- Earthquake
- Blizzard
- Stone Edge
Seeing as some people like to anticipate CB or CS, trick them with a Substitute, and attack accordingly. Blizzard scores an instant KO on the common Dragon Sweepers + Gliscor, as Stone Edge punishes Gyarados and allows you to switch after the attack.

No...I think you run either surf and IB or shard and waterfall on cloyster, depending on if you want it special or physical...
Physical-ish Cloyster and its better with Ice Shard and Explosion IMO try both sets see which one fits your battling style.

Depend on how much you like blowing up your wall. Depends on WHAT wall it is for me, I'd be cool with it on cloyster.
