3rd Gen The SSBB FR/LG Challenge

I have a fun challenge for Pokemon FireRed or Pokemon LeafGreen, or Red or Blue if you choose. Complete the game using only Pokemon that the Pokemon Trainer in Super Smash Bros. Brawl used. The Pokemon being Squirtle, Ivysaur, and Charizard, the last two can be obtained as a Bulbasaur and a Charmander. Your starter will be Squirtle. Squirtle can not be evolved, Bulbasaur has to be evolved once, into an Ivysaur, and Charmander has to be evolved all the way to Charizard. You can put other pokemon into your party when needed, such as a Pikachu to use Flash, but they can not be used for battle, only the three previously mentioned Pokemon can be used for battles.

What do you all think of this challenge?

Edit: Due to demand, I've extended the challenge to all Super Smash Bros. series playable Pokemon. Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Mewtwo, & Pichu, though I prefer the original challenge.

Dood, you need to let us use Jiggly and Pikachu. They're in SSBB too! =P

I actually think isn't that great a challenge.

1. It's limited to people who are able to obtain these Pokemon, in FR and LF.
2. It would be a much better challenge with Yellow, because all of them are available in game.
&
3. It actually isn't all that hard to complete the game with a Squirtle, Ivysaur and Charizard. So, it's not actually that much of a challenge.

Its not meant to be a hard challenge, just a fun one for fans of the Pokemon Trainer in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

You should let us use ALL the pokemon in the Super Smash Bros series, IE, Pikachu, Pichu, Mewtwo, Lucario, Squirtle, Ivysaur, Charizard, Jigglypuff, etc.
