OOC: Blank dropped out so she gave me her character

IC:

Rayna felt the wave just like anyone else. But this time she fell directly on her back. "ooh." She thought to herself. That hurt a lot. Headaches began to come to her. Her entire body began to feel very tender.

She got up after a long time of being on the floor. She began to remember Alex and what he used to do with her. She got up and began to think of the male who picked up her badges for her. She turned around and saw he was no where to be found.

"I need help over here!"

Someone was shouting from the Cafeteria. Rayna began walking towards the Cafeteria to see what all the shouting was all about.

There was a male there shouting. Rayna saw the guy who helped her pick up her badges talking to the male. Her heart almost lept when she saw him. Rayna ran towards him and wrapped her arms around him when he said Yes. Of course I will help you. If you can't help other people what can you do?"

Ash meanwhile saw the girl from before hugging him. "Who are you?" He asked spinning around. "My name is Rayna." She said. Then Ash turned around to the Recorder. "Okay so whats the plan?"

A boy spoke to Yuuki. He glanced over at him to acknowledge that he had heard him speak, but currently he was too absorbed in trying to find his brother through all of the people. Then the strange 'force' hit the pokemon center. Unlike the boy speaking to him, Yuuki actually fell over.

"No, I didn't feel that. I just like falling onto the ground for kicks!" He responded grumply to the boys remark about feeling the strange wave through the center. He was helping himself back up, when another boy burst inside, screaming something about his sister. He glanced around the pokemon center. It didn't seem like his brother was there, and If he was, he would probably have responded to the boys pleas for help, because he tended to be a very good person.

It was late, but that meant little to Yuuki. He would always tell his parents that he was still looking for his brother, with which they would most likely understand, them worrying about him as well, and if he did get in trouble, his parents would most likely yell at him at the worst. With this in mind, he stepped forward.
"Ill help out." He said to the boy in distress. "Im not positive what I can do, but I can try at least."

The faint clicking of her heels against the tile signaled that London was following Mike as he led the way out of the Pokémon Center. Her head was still throbbing. At least, if she were going outside, she could have a cigarette. Briefly, she wondered if Mike would mind. Her train of thought was cut short by a scene of commotion in the main lobby. A group of people were gathered around a single boy, who seemed to be holding a microphone of sorts.

"I heard her scream; if your an experienced trainer, you'd be a great help. I don't know what's going on, but I don't care! I—can you help me?" He announced to the group. London stopped listening after this. She had never once commanded a Pokémon. Sure, she had stopped to pat Igglybuff on the head from time to time, but she was too busy to pay any further attention to the Pokémon. A part of her regretted that now. She hoped Igglybuff hadn't felt any sort of pain. In fact, she hoped Igglybuff hated her. At least that way she'd know the Pokémon didn't feel sad that she'd payed no attention to it.

"I wonder what is going on with him?" Mike's voice broke London's thoughts. She was thankful for that--had she thought any harder about Igglybuff, she feared she would cry, despite having never formed a relationship with it. Instead, she looked at the brunette and bit her bottom lip.

"I don't know. Part of me wants to help him, but..." she laughed softly. "I'm a musician, I'm no Pokémon trainer..." She took one last glance at the boy before shifting her attention back to Mike. "Well?" she flashed him a smile. It seemed she was waiting for an answer...silently asking whether he'd rather stick to the original plan, or deviate and help this stranger.

Cato simply sat there, waiting for Rayna's reply. Although he couldn't see anything and was experiencing a rather excruciating headache, he clearly heard her fall right next to him. You can only imagine his frustration when he heard her get up and mumble something about a boy and badges, still not responding to him.

"I knew this wouldn't be any different from the rest of my life. People always forget about me..." he grumbled to himself, sifting across the floors like a bug for his glasses. He almost squealed in joy when he found them. Almost.

He quickly put them on and got to his feet. With his eyesight back, he was able to see Rayna run toward Ash— who was currently talking to a rather frantic teen— and hug him tightly. She said something about a plan, but due to Cato's headache, it was hard for him to make anything out.

"Thanks for nothing!" he called across the room and he stomped toward the exit. This was just a mistake. He should have never come here in the first place; it wasn't like he was a trainer or anything. He made a mental note that all people are the same, whether it be the ones that teased you for years or the ones that he just met.

At that moment, a blonde girl with penetrating blue eyes approached the trio. "Um... I'll help. What do you need from me?" she asked, although not seeming too interested. Help? How much problems could arise in one night? Cato immediately turned to the stressed teen, who was trying to explain the situation to those surrounding him. Cato found the explanation quite ridiculous though, as if this night didn't have enough moments that violated the laws of physics.

"Sorry to intrude," he began as he walked up to the boy, "but from my studies, tunnels don't make a habit of eating little girls. I'll come along just to see what you're getting at." Cato smiled after the statement. It wasn't because he found it invigorating to help someone in need, but simply that he had finally fallen back into character. He had strangely been worrying about others for the entire night, but it seemed his old self was coming back with a vengeance. He was so busy smirking that he didn't even notice a fourth person come up and offer to help.

AJ had busied himself with a beverage, some pokecola. Good stuff He thought to himself as he looked around, a group of people were being frantic. Intrested, AJ hopped off the chair he had nested on and casually walked over near the group.

"Um... I'll help. What do you need from me?" A girl said.

"but from my studies, tunnels don't make a habit of eating little girls. I'll come along just to see what you're getting at." A teenage boy said.

Help? AJ Wondered about this, why did someone need help? Tunnels eating little girls? AJ didn't mean to eavesdrop, but this sounded like class A cool stuff! AJ just stood near the group, listening. A million questions seemed to leak in his mind. What exactly were they talking about? Where were the girl eating tunnels? Who were all these people? Was there candy involved? Did it have to do with the pokemon disapearing? Letting his curiousity get the best of him, AJ decided right then and there to follow and see what exactly they WERE talking about.

Suddenly, without thinking. AJ blurted out " I wanna help!"

((OOC: Bleh, I hate being a slow thinker. Hopefully I can make good use of my friend, time-span...))

Aryn could finally see the the end of the forest, that seemed almost never-ending moments before. It wasn't the most fun trips just simply getting through. Her astigmatism decided to be a pain, apparently, as she almost tripped completely more than once; not to mention almost getting hit directly in the face by low, thick tree branches. But I suppose luck was on her side, since it was almost. Lucky her, right?

She squinted her eyes a bit, being barely able to see some areas of the town ahead in view. It was kind of blurry, and with the time probably midnight, that didn't help either; it seemed quite dark. Aryn abruptly came to a stop, breathing heavily to get the air she seemed to desperately need. While resting, it looked like there was a rock a few feet ahead, and could cause someone to trip if she dragged her feet. She tried to take note of it since she was tired of even almost tripping. Once she had caught her breath a bit, she stood up straight and started to walk ahead; her destination the only thing she was focusing on. However, with her next step, the rock wasn't where she thought it was. She didn't think about it, and was about to continue walking, but she was still dragging her feet. Of course the result was Aryn tripping, and nothing was there to break her fall. Well, except for the ground. She managed to protect her face from hitting the ground first as she used her arms as a shield. The fall was only unpleasant because of her back still aching a bit, but more than that was because when the impact was made, she heard crunching; glass to be specific.

"Bloody-tastic..." she mumbled to herself angrily. Her glasses were probably completely wrecked. Aryn had a spare pair at home, but well, they won't help her now. I knew I'd want to kick myself for even coming in this direction. Hopefully Viridian isn't as bad as Pewter with all the over-emotional psychos. After that quick thought, she lifted herself from the ground, and once standing she brushed any dirt that might have gotten on the coat, before walking on to see the condition of Viridian.

---

Once the city was in clear view, --or at least as clear as it could get from her slightly blurry vision-- her eyes widened. It was worse; far worse than Pewter. She felt like an idiot for complaining before she came here. From what she could make out, it looked as if every window had shattered, the roads and sidewalks now littered with broken glass shards. Some cars had crashed into one another, and unless her vision was worse than she thought, some had even looked like they were turned completely over. The place was also a horrible sight to her because of the multiple crowds of people making the streets sound quite loud to her. And... what else was that? Oh, it even looked like a couple were in physical fights. It seemed like a complete mess. Did she really want to know what happened? Aryn walked a few steps forward to the streets, hearing glass shards crunch beneath her sneakers. She took a moment to observe the streets, a look of displeasure on her face, thinking about it for a moment before deciding.

It's not like me to just rush here without a good reason. Something weird happened, big whoop. And yet... maybe I would like to know... Aryn sighed as her thoughts came to an end about the situation. The decision was made, so she began to walk slowly about the streets. Aryn was planning on simply walking by the most crowded areas, and possibly eavesdrop, hoping to hear what could have happened. It would be easier to ask directly? Uh, no way was she going to do that. Slightly content with her plan, since it would not involve direct confrontation with another person, she continued walking silently. Although she was already becoming slightly irritated from the noise.

Mike waited for London to reply. He was kind of torn as in what to do since this could be something that trainer professionals could handle then just people who really could make this situation worse. Mike didn't want to admit this out loud but without his pokemon, he can't do very much. Still Mike knew he should help this kid out a bit. Still it seems like London had said something and at once Mike focus on just her.

"I don't know. Part of me wants to help him, but..." laughed London softly. "I'm a musician, I'm no Pokémon trainer..."

Mike found this interesting since here was London, talking to a pokemon trainer, or really just somebody that travels with pokemon and battles to some degree while doing research on Legendaries, in a pokemon center but she was a musician. Mike wonder why she even came to a pokemon center to begin with. Still that would have been rude to have asked. Mike also guess that she was just a small time musician but really Mike never really kept up with music and really the one that he does listen for, he doesn't even know how they look.

London then gave Mike one of her smiles and said, "Well?" Mike couldn't help but to kind of like this smile. Still he was beginning to notice that she does it a lot. Mike didn't mind since he tends to do it a bit but for a reason but it seems like London had no problem. Still Mike guess this was something that should be thought about later like the musician issue.

"Well," said Mike trying to think about what to do. THe last thing he wanted to do was leave London alone since that would be rude and really he would prefer to find a quiet place to be then just get caught up in something that could be something bad. Still Mike knew that he had to help. No other older people were coming to help this kid and really he just didn't trust many people younger then him in these kinds of situations. Mike then said, "Well he did ask for experience trainers but really I don't want to leave you nor get in the way of them since I kind of don't see the point of asking any kind of trainer for help." Mike then thought about it some more for a while and said, "If you want to help then I see no reason why not. I mean it is better then just letting them get in trouble by themselves. Also we can go out back after this thing right? The night is still young as they say and really maybe by then these guys," Mike motion to the rest of the noisily trainers in the cafeteria, "They will quiet down and we can just enjoy the quiet a bit better. Still I see no reason why we can't help them if we want to." Personality Mike was kind of worry too that the noise by the worry trainers from the cafeteria and the pokemon center itself would be heard from even outside.

London bit her bottom lip absentmindedly. This boy obviously was in some sort of trouble. And she would feel bad if something happened to...'her' because she hadn't bothered to help him. At this point she gave the big group a brief glance before turning back to Mike. There were plenty of people there to help him...there was no way that she and Mike could make that much of a difference if they abandoned what they were originally going to do and blindly followed this boy. She stood, mulling over the situation for a moment before Mike spoke.

"Well," he began. He, too, was obviously deep in thought about what they should do. As he thought, so did London. "Well he did ask for experience trainers but really I don't want to leave you nor get in the way of them since I kind of don't see the point of asking any kind of trainer for help. If you want to help then I see no reason why not. Still I see no reason why we can't help them if we want to."

London nodded. When he put it that way, she didn't see much harm in helping him. That is, until she remembered one pressing matter.

"Oh, what time is it?" She glanced up at a clock hanging on the wall. It looked like she still had a fair amount of time before she had to get ready. "I'm sorry, I have this thing later, I might have to bolt in a bit. But..." She looked to the side for a moment, biting her bottom lip once more. "Hold on, I'll be just one second." She held up one finger, reaching into her pocket and pulling out a black cell phone. She clamped her other hand over the ear that wasn't occupied by the phone in an attempt to shut out the noise.

"Hey, Reg! It's London. Um, just wanted to let you know that this...well, we have a bit of a problem. This guy needs help, I might be a little late tonight. Ok, I'll see you in a bit! Mmhm. Buh-bye." Snapping her phone shut, she turned back to face Mike. "Sorry about that," she said, an apologetic tone permeating through her voice. "Are we in agreement, then? We should help this guy?"

Mike looekd at London and guess she was a bit uncertain as in what you do. Still maybe something he said kind of made her want to help this kid out. Still something seem to have gotten London attention as of with time when she said, "Oh, what time is it?" then with one quick glance at the clock and pointed her finger up as she made a phone call, "I'm sorry, I have this thing later, I might have to bolt in a bit. But...Hold on, I'll be just one second."

For once in the time that Mike had met London, which was still a few hours ago, he had seem her a bit nervous about something or he would have called it being nervous. Still Mike just waited and listen to what London was calling about.

"Hey, Reg! It's London. Um, just wanted to let you know that this...well, we have a bit of a problem. This guy needs help, I might be a little late tonight. Ok, I'll see you in a bit! Mmhm. Buh-bye." said London to this Reg character that she was speaking to then closed the cell. Mike wonder if this Reg person was somebody close to him or just somebody she knows. Still that wasn't really Mike business to probe into.

London then focus again on Mike and try to speak to him as if she was sorry about something. "Sorry about that, Are we in agreement, then? We should help this guy?"

MIke didn't really mind but just nodded and thought about it for a minute. He then said, "Yeah. Why not try to help out? I mean just because we may not know if we can help doesn't mean we can't at least try. Better then being here that for sure." Mike then looked at the crowd that had gather around the kid and then came up with an idea. He knew that it wouldn't matter if they go up there to question the kid about what was going on since he may be just repeating the same thing and being asked the same questions over and over again so maybe it be best to just follow along. Mike then looked at London and said, "We can just follow along. I mean no need to ask this kid what is going on since he will be repeating over again what is happen. ALso I bet we can get a few tidbits on what is going on from what the others are saying around him." Mike then nodded at London hoping his idea was a good one. "So I guess we are helping this kid out then." He then began to make his way towards the group but slow down so he could let London stay close by.

"Yeah. Why not try to help out? I mean just because we may not know if we can help doesn't mean we can't at least try. Better then being here that for sure." This was one point that London definitely agreed with Mike on. She didn't want to be stuck in this room with all the commotion. No, going to help this boy was certainly preferable.

"We can just follow along. I mean no need to ask this kid what is going on since he will be repeating over again what is happen. ALso I bet we can get a few tidbits on what is going on from what the others are saying around him." This, too, sounded good. The kid was probably sick of everyone asking him what was going on, anyway. "So I guess we are helping this kid out then."

"Yep," London nodded, following alongside Mike. Ordinarily, she probably would have had to stand on her toes to see what was going on, but her heels allowed her to just barely see over the top of the person in front of her. She stood towards the back, choosing not to push towards the front like some people had. After all, they were just here to observe and do what they could.

OOC: I hope everyone's read a bit of the OOC thread such as some of the notes I've posted (elements, relationships). Because if you haven't, this may continue to get confusing. XD

Those that did not get to speak to Tom and find out of what he's asking of, think of a way to squeeze in. You're smart.

IC:

Tom told himself that it would be hard. He thought in his mind that getting help the way he was acting would not get him much help other than a few strange glances, and even if it did, the chaos outside would have quickly drawn everyone else away from him. But he was surprised with the outcome. Instead, he had many come to offer assistance. It was something unexpected, and even more unexpected when he saw little AJ come and offer help. He wanted to ask him what he was thinking being there and not at home, but he didn't have time for that. Time as it was was slipping away quickly.

"We got to go now!" he shouted. "Follow me!"

And he quickly ran out of the Center as fast as he entered. He knew they would follow. He didn't have to look back as he passed many of the vehicles. He ducked under a large trailer, taking a short cut through it. The quickest routes were what he was looking for. The cold cement got a little slippery at one point, but he kept on, and he went on past a red light and through a park and straight to Amanda's hideaway. And then, he went only a bit further and stopped where the tunnel rested. He couldn't believe it; it had ducked so much that he would have to duck under a little just to go deeper in. And not wasting time, he ran down the tunnel as well.

"We got to go now!" he shouted. "Follow me!"

Disregarding the questions asked, the boy rushed out of the Pokemon Center, with the hope that someone who listened would follow. While some trainers Maria would expect to ignore him having not fulfilled any demand to answer what was going on, she wasn't like that. While there was a manipulative part of her, she also felt compassionate towards others, and this applied now. Following the boy, Maria just knew that eventually that question of hers would be answered.

Running through the streets, she glanced at the damage so far. Along with rioting ex-trainers, the girl seen that cars were completely flipped over, crushed, and every window seemed to have shattered. People were yelling at each other, throwing fists at each other. A few managed to bring up enough courage to try and help others, only to have slurs and such spewed back at them. The shockwave caused a lot of chaos, to the city itself and the people. Maria honestly did not want to be in the city that much if the shockwave caused this much.

After a few minutes of dodging damaged equipment and vehicles, and treading through the streets and parks of Viridian in serious need of repair, the boy stopped. Apparently they were already through a thick cluster of trees, possibly in the forest. In front of the boy, anyone who followed, and Maria, there was a tunnel slowly being eaten up by the ground. It was sinking, and this was supposedly where the boy needed the group. Due to the size of the tunnel's entrance, the boy needed to duck down, and so did Maria. So what if she got dirty? Honestly, she couldn't bring herself to admit that a person might die because she objected a request. Especially with everything going on. So, the girl decided to do her best, not only for the boy, but to also prevent getting more depressed than she can hide.

"We got to go now!" he shouted. "Follow me!"

Ash soon found himself following the recorder with Rayna. Rayna seemed to be running just to follow Ash. Ash stared at her chest and legs when he was running with her and found himself aroused. Something he hadn't felt in a long time. But he quickly thought about something else and shrugged it off.

Ash looked behind him. He and Rayna were the closest to the recorder. All the trainers there looked somewhat different then he last saw them in the crowd.

After dodging various obstacles caused by the force the Recorder stopped at a large tunnel eating its way into the ground. Rayna was shocked at its size and the way it had a large never ending darkness coming from it. Ash on the other hand felt a need to go down there. Ash saw the recorder duck and go into the tunnel. Ash did the same and Rayna slowly followed him. Into the blackness bellow

"Oh Rayna. Will you ever love anyone like me?" Alex asked her passionately.

"Never Alex. You are my one true l...ov..e......." Rayna responded very slowly.

"Yep," said London to make MIke know that she agreed to help this kid out which made MIke feel better. That is why he won't be leaving London alone and also doesn't have to really be with some new group of younger kids.

Still it felt so sudden when the kid that was being question just said, "We got to go now! Follow me!" The kid then began to run out of the POkemon Center and though the streets.

Mike ran out of the pokemon center with the boy and a few other people that had decided to help too. Mike was leading the rear because he wasn't sure how fast London could run. Mike knew that he could run faster but also he didn't want to leave London behind since he did notice that she was wearing some pretty high heels. MIke didn't know much about heels but he did pick up that they are hard to run in.

Mike then took a look around them as they ran though the city. Mike had been to many places and seen many things including the video where Sinnoh skies were darken and what could be best said a dark storm on the top of Mt Cornet but never anything like this before. Mike could best call what as happen chaos in its basic form. Cars were turn over and some people were rioting. He expected people to understand a bit better the situation but still MIke did notice this was mostly coming from the younger people. It is amazing how a few more years can do to one's attitude but still it seems like not all were like that. Some people had decided to help the police out in claming down these rioting people.

Mike then notice that they were heading towards the forest that were close to Virdian. Mike didn't know much about this area but could guess this was the famous Viridian FOrest that he heard so much about. Still Mike stopped when they reach a tunnel. He wasn't afraid of a tunnel but really knew better then just walking into one. Mike looked around for a tree and pulled out an escape rope from his bag. He then tied one end to the tree and another end to his belt. This way once they do find the girl then it would be an quick escape.

Mike then said, "Just to help us get out." He then decided to wait for London but also knew that it would be a tight fit for them. Most of the people who went ahead of him and to duck down to get inside.

"We got to go now!" shouted the teen, ignoring the many questions thrown at him. "Follow me!" he demanded as he dashed out of the Pokemon Center, running faster than what Cato thought was humanly possible. Cato stared at the others around him, and was stunned to see that they started a dash of their own. He began having second thoughts about this whole situation. Although he was skinny, Cato couldn't run to save his life.

"Meh, on second thought, I'll stick around here," he said casually with a sly grin, although half of the helpers had already bolted outside. Making a 180 degree turn, Cato didn't hesitate to walk deeper into Pokemon Center. He didn't even glance at the others, as his mind was made up. Or so he thought.

The building was an incredible mess. Cato hadn't noticed how bad it was before, but now with things dying down, he was able to take everything into account. Young kids— no older than fifteen— lay against broken windows, their faces leaking tremendous amounts of blood. Nurse Joy leaned over an unconscious body of a young girl, whispering something to her. Cato absentmindedly walked toward the two, wondering if his tent was destroyed or not back in the forest.

"Chansey, why did you leave?" he heard the nurse whimper as she stared helplessly at the corpse. Directly next to the body was a microphone with a cord leading to a hole in the wall. From the looks of it, the microphone had crashed through the wall.

"That's odd," he said inquisitively to himself, "the shockwave came from the other direction, so why is this here?"

Nurse Joy had obviously overheard him, as she cleared her voice and turned to him. "It just shot out of the wall and landed in that boy's hand— you know, the one that was shouting for help? It was weird, almost like it was called to him."

At that point, Cato once again became interested in this mystery. So many weird things have happened that night, and by the looks of it, that boy was the center of everything. Or perhaps, it was that ghastly tunnel he spoke of. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no way for Cato to find out. He was probably already deep into the bushes, if not at his destination already.

"Researching this phenomenon could have put me on the spot as a famous scientist, and I blew it!" Cato shouted, actually angry that he decided not to help out. He closed his eyes tightly, cursing at himself for missing such a great opportunity. His muscles tightened and his palms balled up into a fist. His brain started racing, and his headache returned with a vengeance. Even with his glasses on, he felt his eyes blur out of focus, but not in the same way as before. This time, the blurriness looked like he was simply moving at extreme speeds.

And that was exactly what he was doing.

The space around him seemed to deteriorate, only to rebuild itself within a couple of seconds. When Cato finally reopened his eyes, he was astonished at the sight before him. He was no longer at the Pokemon Center, and in fact was in a part of Viridian he barely recognized. Actually, he couldn't even tell if he was still in Viridian or not. The only indicator that he hadn't traveled too far was the fact that he was mere yards away from a tunnel emitted a ghastly red glow. It was as if the entire structure sat atop a layer of quick sand as it slowly sunk into the depths. Then, without warning, the people from the Pokemon Center burst out of the bushes and rushed into the tunnel, many without even taking a second thought.

"What the hell?" was all Cato could manage to mutter as he tried to contemplate what was going on. Before he had only wished to catch up with these guys, but all of a sudden, he got to the destination before most of them. And if that wasn't weird enough, the story about the tunnel was true! Cato's hands sifted through his pockets, but to his dismay, his notepad was no where to be found. Had it been lost in his spontaneous teleportation from the center to the tunnel? Cato knew better not to ask such questions, as with all the weird stuff happening, he feared he'd just get another answer that defied all logic.

"Oh well, the best experiments are done on the scientist himself," he assured, picking himself up. After a small adjustment to his glasses, the confused teen followed the others into the dark cave.

------------

OOC: If you're a little confused, Random said we could show signs of our characters turning into their respective Pokemon. Cato is becoming an Abra, so that's how he spontaneously teleported to the spot.

"H-hey! Wait up!" Yuuki called after the boy, scrambling to his feet and chasing after him.
Geez... he thought How does he expect to get help, if he loses the people helping him before we even get there!

As he ran through the town, attempting to keep up with the boy, he saw the extent of the destruction that mysterious 'wave' had caused. To him, it just caused him to fall over, but now he was seeing that people had gotten seriously injured from it. That wasn't good. He reached into his pocket while he was running, and felt the pokedex in it. Somewhere in all of this, was his brother.

They approached the hole in question. The boy was telling the truth, it was actually sinking... but why? Caves normally didn't do that. He supposed that he would find answers within the cave, and ducked under, following the boy, and hoping that the exit wouldn't get covered over. Oh well, if it did, they could always get a diglett to use dig or...

Oh yah, those weren't around anymore.

Tom no longer had to duck. The ground and ceiling separated, and though still pretty low, he would not have a problem walking through. Then again, if he were to be found doing anything it would certainly not be walking, which is why he swiftly tried to navigate the tunnels. So far had been easy. It was a straightforward path, but at the last corner was a dead end. If his sister were or had been down here, she was not anymore. At first, Tom believed that maybe he had skipped an extra tunnel; one he hadn't seen as he tried so blindly to follow the one before him. But no. Though it had been dark, light from the entrance elluminated off of every rock and bounced off neverending. Surely a brightness would have been seen.

But then none of it made sense; where was his sister?

It was the end for him. He brought all of these people down these tunnels to find nothing at all. Worst of all, he still did not know where his sister was. He somehow knew what these people would be thinking. Maybe they followed him for a stupid reason. Maybe he was wasting their time. The more he thought about it, the more he felt bad about himself. But he pushed it back, hiding it behind a bluff. No; there had to be more!

And then there was.

Through the wall, he could briefly hear something. It sounded very much like a tough wind blowing through a muted whistle. It was not a sound that could be heard, but felt. A presence. "Does anybody hear that?" He got closer to the rock solid. A simple tap to the dirty rock changed everything. The entire wall crumbled and left a large gap of nothing and a rock platform seemingly held suspended by...magic? It had its breathtaking elements hanging about, but what made it so much more magical was the rustle and sound of the pink energy given off from a center piece mantel. And atop the center piece, only a few inches off the top and floating, Amanda stood.

"Amanda!"

The massive size of this unbelievable place did not deter him. Not even the what seemed like endless darkness the gap provided. He backed up and made a running jump, barely reaching the other side of the gap and entering the barrier of pink energy. His sister still hung in air those few feet away. All of a sudden, this bravery he had going down the tunnels was slipping. What am I doing here! he thought. He must have been crazy to actually see and believe it all, but if seeing is believing, then he's become a believer in this magic. He ran to his sister, because that was all he could think of doing that did not seem crazy to him.

Ash ran down the tunnels with Rayna along with the recorder until they reached a dead end.

Great. All this for nothing. Though this had been the most fun Ash had for a long time. Ash began pondering while he looked around the tunnel they were in. He slowly looked up and down Rayna and shuddered slightly. Rayna meanwhile was waiting for Ash to look the opposite direction and began looking towards him.

Soon the wall in front of them crumbled and the Recorder ran through it. Ash and Rayna followed him towards a strange rock platform where pink light was being given off. A girl was levitating in the middle there.

"We who are about to die...."

The recorder jumped towards the platform and seemingly hesitated. Ash turned towards Rayna. He nodded towards her and immense bravery flooded through him. Ash jumped straight at the platform and landed with a loud "Thump." He ran towards the Recorder.

"Need any help?" He asked him.

Maxwell folded his arms and grinned as the wall crumbled and the bottomless abyss was revealed. He'd been right. This was interesting.

He'd remained seated up until the trainers' departure, though he'd listened closely as the boy told his hysterical tale. There was little to do aside from presuming that his story had something to do with the bump in Maxwell's forehead - if such was the case, waiting for the pain to fade away immediately lost priority in favour of hauling ass to the centre of the action. As soon as the boy and the follower's he'd gathered had begun to leave the building, Maxwell had jumped up and bolted after them. Out on the street, he'd been slightly taken aback - and a good bit disgusted - by the rioting, though it made a good scene. He wished he'd brought his camera along. He could have made a fair amount of wallpapers for his computer. Oh, well.

As it turned out, the cave had been very much real. Though he was less than thrilled by the whole 'sinking into the ground' part, he could never have looked himself in the mirror again if he'd passed on such an opportunity. He'd climbed in like everyone else, doing his best to seem like just another random person up until they were all inside. That's when he gave up on that attempt. As he reached into his suit he did not call attention to it, but he figured someone would eventually notice to it - as he pulled his hand back out, it was holding a handgun. Trainers no longer had their pokémon, but there was no telling what one might encounter in a strange cave like this. Normally, he only carried it as protection from muggers and the like.

All of a sudden, the boy who'd led the excursion took a leap off the edge of the tunnel. Maxwell raised an eyebrow and cocked his gun, keeping it pointed to the ground. He wasn't going to do anything rash - he'd just wait by the edge and see if anything happened out there in the pink glow. Someone else took the leap as well, but nothing happened still. Maxwell smiled - he loved it when others took the risks for him. Hopefully, he'd end up discovering what caused these... anomalies, and find a way to exploit it for profit. Extending his father's business empire would earn him some respect from the old man, and increase his own influence quite a bit, he dared bet.

Unlike last time, this will be a decent sign up not modeled after myself.

Name: Katherine (Kat) Wright

Age: 15

Gender: female

Location: Cerulean City, Kanto

Pokémon to Become: Skitty

Appearance/Description: Kat actually already has one Skitty like feature- the color of her hair. It is bubblegum pink. Her eyes are big and brown, and her skin is pretty pale. Kat wears a light blue cami with white polka-dots. She wears blue jeans, and flip flops to match her cami. For jewelry, Kat wears small hoop earings and a pearl bracelet on her left wrist. For makeup, she wears pink lipstick and just a little bit of black mascara. She is rather small for her age in terms of both height and weight, being only 5'1" and around 75 lbs.

Personality: Kat has the personality of an average Skitty. She's extremely playful, to the point where she can be a little immature. She always tries to make people laugh, even though her jokes aren't that good. Overall, Kat is a very happy girl. It takes a lot, let me stress that, A LOT to make her sad, but when she does get sad, she will cry her eyes out. One last distinguishing feature in Kat's personality is her boy-craziness. She is outgoing and tries to flirt with cute guys all the time, even though she can never come up with a good pick up line. But overall, she can be seen drooling over cute guys all the time.

WILL FINISH LATER.

History: (Completely optional, but like the previous, this RP is also dramatically driven, so a good history on some aspects of your character's life wouldn't hurt to add tension or drama as the RP continues. A paragraph or more long please.)

Love: (It's back! Love interests. Simply put whether you are single and interested or not interested or get together with a buddy and RP as a couple in relationship. Mine is going to be Single and Interested, but you are allowed to contact me and ask if you want to RP as my character's love interest.)

Other: (Anything extra that does not fit anywhere else and adds to the sign-up goes here)

RP Sample: (Go ahead; blow me away.)
