yeah mujumaru3 is a special pokemon, doesn't look too nice to me now(similar to how swampert looked back then and still does) but i guess time will solve that problem. do you guys think the same dudes drawing the old pkemon sprites are still drwaing them now( i mean at gamefreak) cause the classics are the best and that classy "all pokemon are special" feeling went away in D\P\PT.

Hahaha, ftw. I was waiting for someone to bring up HP.

They all look pretty cool. My opinions of them are slowly changing to the point where I'm liking them more than I did before. The only one I'm still kinda iffy on is Jyanobii because of how short its limbs are. I understand its because of the whole evolution process, but it just looks awkward.
 
Grass Start makes the others look boring to me... I know which one I'll be using.

And unsurpisingly, Daikenki is looking a little better to me now. I knew I'd warm up to him eventually! Can't wait to see him in action, it'll be interesting to see how he fights with those so-called "swords" on his legs.

Same here. Darn internets, posting what I think before I think it. Again.

Okay, so at this point Mijumaru's third stage (2nd, if your playing card games) doesn't look so bad. It's just way different than the awesome ronin middle stage. Pokabu's third... eh, not so much. Another Fire/Fighting bugs me. Fire/Steel or something like that would have been more than acceptable.
 
Initially, I absolutely hated all three starters. They looked like mock-ups of past Pokemon, but really awkward and not harmonious at all. Now that I've seen their in-game forms, I'm not totally bothered as much anymore. Tsutaaja's looks far better than it did in the artwork as it still retains that snake-type "hmph" look in it's sprite. XD As for the other two, still not happy about them, but I will grow to like them as time goes on I think. Maybe the anime will change my mind if/when the evolutions all make an appearance. I was still hoping for Mijumaru's final evolution to still be standing all the way, and to be somewhat of a bigger badder Futachimaru, but alas.

Despite changing my mind about Jaroda, I'm still using Everstone on my Tsutaaja.
It's just not as great as Tsutaaja appearance wise to me. <3

They look exactly the same as in the artwork >>;;

I'm sticking with Mijumaru as the Grass line still makes me cry. Gunna get a second game to get Pokabu.
 
Well after seeing all of there final leaked forms, I have to say that I will be going with Mijimaru(probably spelled this completly wrong) I always play through the game first with the water starter anywho. However all of there final forms are pretty awesome.
 
Sticking with my original decision and will start with Mijumaru, liking the evo line!

Except Enbuoo has the highest attack stat of any starter in existence.

Enbuoo's Base Stats

HP:110
ATK:123
DEF:65
SP ATK:100
SP DEF:65
SPEED:65
TOTAL:528

BTW All of the final evolutions of the new starters have the same base stat total.
 
lol, you guys actually took my post seriously? Ha ha ha. Like I'd actually care about whether people chose Piggy or Wotter. I actually think Boarbeque is not too bad and Wotterfun is interesting.

I just like Smuglord a lot more. Like, a whole lot more. Like so much more that I can't even express how much more I actually like it.

Oooh, Pokabu's final evolution isn't that bad.

lol last night I dreamed it was a big bear.

Okay, considering going back to Pokabu... hmmm.
