I have one Steel Pokemon in Pokemon Emerald:
Beldum Lv 5
Attacks:
-Take Down

And also I caught these two Steel Pokemons with their movesets in FireRed:
Magneton Lv 50
Attacks:
-Spark
-Thunder Wave
-Lock On
-Tri Attack

Skarmory Lv 30
Attacks:
-Air Cutter
-Fury Attack
-Swift
-Agility

Scizor obviously for BP'ing fun =P, and Metagross for total world domination xD, I know Magnezone is ugly but it laughs at Skarmory because of Magnezone's scary ability.

Metagross one of my fav Poke !! him (him? would "it" suit better?) + either the move Rock Polish/Agility = total domination.

Whatever you say =P I want to assume Metagross is male; it just doesn't seem right not to give him a gender! I would be stuck if I had a Metagross because it's genderless so I don't have much choice with nicknames so I'd give it a male name anyway =D
