Don't try to send things over AIM. It sucks and it is uber slow. MSN is the better choice, in my opinion atleast.

I prefer to use mIRC, but that's just me.

Well AIM is better for bigger files because if you quit you can always resume where you left off instaead of having to start over.

That is true. But it always seems like it goes slower than MSN. Meh, its a win win, lose lose thing.

Yeah they all have the better things about them, when it comes to IMing MSN is defintely the best XD

Yeah, MSN because of all the cool features and plugins and Messenger Plus. I like AIM because of the away messages that block the incoming IM when your gone, and don't pop them up and show on the toolbar so that if someone is on your computer who shouldn't, they can't go and read through them.

Well if MSN added resumable transfers and blocking IM's while you away then you wouldn't need any other messenger XD.

Which I think would be a good move by them, to get more people to use theirs and to stop using other messengers, no?

Yeah I think so, it would certainly make it the only one I use, that is for sure XD.

Yeah, same here. Well, probably not, just because all of my IRL friends use AIM and all of my PC friends use MSN.

Yeah, but unless Yahoo and AIM come up with something big and good fast, they won't be anywhere near MSN.

Yeah they need something real big to catch up to MSN.
