I can tell you the versions but I cant remember the teams of the top of my head.

Versions: Red, Gold, Crystal, TCG, Sapphire, Leaf Green, Colosseum, Puzzle League and Stadium.

I did have Yellow and Blue but they got stolen on the same day as I got TCG.
