Ok so the Pokemon that do appear in SSBM are

Mew, Charizard, Venusaur, Blastoise, Porygon 2, Bellossom, Clefairy, Entei, Raikou, Suicune, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Marill, Goldeen, Chansey, Celebi, Weezing, Unown, Cyndaquil, Chikorita, Togepi, Scizor, Staryu Wobbuffet, Electrode, Snorlax, Ho-Oh and Lugia.

It comes out when the Revolution is Released mid year next year I think as a release title
