Just recently, I got Photoshop. I decided to experiment with Photoshop and read up on tutorials, and made this as a result. Note that this only uses techniques from tutorials, and the image is not exactly copied out of a tutorial(just so you know, because I am new to Photoshop).

It's to plain for my taste. I could do that in a few seconds. But it's one of your first tries, right? Well, then it's pretty ok, I did almost the same at start. But the white half transparent box under the text does not go there. Delete that layer, make the text white and set the text layer to Overlay.

heh i did something like that before, couldnt recreate it though forgot what renders i used Xd but kira is right it can be done in a few seconds :/ although when i was new to photoshop i didnt "EXPLORE" so i suppose its good for a first​
