The Super Smash Brothers Thread

More characters? Princess Daisy and perhaps....Krystal the Fox?

Me personly i own with Pikachu Meta Knight and Marth but Sonic i win with him almost all the time
 
If any new characters are added into the next Smash game, I would expect most of them to be third-party. Not just Snake and Sonic, but lesser-known Nintendo characters will almost certainly increase in popularity, what with the vast amounts of people buying Wiis, youngsters who get the game will start to like the characters they may not have come across before. The StarFox characters, Kirby characters, Fire Emblem, to a certain extent the Donkey Kong characters and almost certainly Pit.

Third-party companies will be desperate to jump on the popularity bandwagon that Smash brings. I expect to see characters like Crash Bandicoot and the like.
 
They should keep all the characters from the 3rd one. Anywho, My List of Newcomers:

I wouldn't mind seeing some more Fire Emblem characters in the SSB series. =)

To accompany Marth and Ike in their Swordsplay: Roy (FE6) or his father Eliwood (FE 7), Lyn (FE7), Eirika (FE8)
Those with lances/Axes could do long-range attacks, but they are more vulnerable when they throw their lance/Axe: Ephraim (FE8), Hector (FE7)

Their final smash would either be a devestating move, or an even more devestating move in their promoted class.

Or while we're at it, why not throw a Wyver Knight or Pegasus Knight in as an Assist Trophy?

Oh, wait. Just like TOA said, magicians would be a nice add on too. Their final smash could be engulfing the whole battle arena to deal maximum damage instead of damage to only one person.
 
my best chars are D3, Ike, Luke, Sonic, Pikachu, Pit, Ness, Lucas. some reason I'm getting better with Luke, Ike, and Sonic. and sometimes I ko myself with D3 using Up+B and Sonic using Dair.
 
I think that tey should add Bowser Jr, Waluigi and KK Slider

I am best with Toon link and then Olimar

If you really have to rely on Kirbycide for all your kills, that's pretty sad =/

Then may you never ask me to Brawl.
I hate Oli with a passion. Users skilled with him beat me like I'm a loser.

Toon Links better than Link IMO.

I'm starting to like using Fox.
 
I'll play you any day of the week ^.^. I've never seen a skilled Olimar player. Makes me kinda think he's either hard to control or he's just awful. Show me what you got. SSBB Code in Siggie
 
They should switch Red with Blue, I mean Brawl was lacking in the female department. I heard somewhere that Nintendo announced another Smash game... I thought Brawl was the last but good move on their part if they keep the franchise coming.

I play best with Princess Peach (she's just so peachy), Jigglypuff (Rollout FTW) and Wolf (Howl!)
 
I'm a big fan of the Earthbound series and I was glad when they included Ness on the N64 smash. The thing is that I dont like how they made Lucas almost the same as Ness they should have included Poo or Kumatora but I guess they didn't because not many people know these characters I guess.

Knowing Disney they may or may not want their characters in the game but then again having Goofy in the next Super Smash Bros would make the game weird.

He's neither. he is quite good if used correctly, and I've seen skilled olimar players. You probably skip these foghts by accident. I can use Olimar, but not as good as Triple De!

it's just how i got through adventure mode once i beat the game. i normally get kills from my a-attacks in every othsr mode.

btw im typing this on my wii
