I know you get Sheena at the Palmacosta Ranch, no matter what. And you don't get Zelos until you go to Tethe'alla, so don't worry about him. (I really don't think you mean Kratos.)

I don't know. I was feelinga bit ticked. Not because of you though.

You CAN get to Palmacosta. You just have to go a very long ways around. In case you need a map...*pokes the URL* ^_^; Or go to Luin maybe. I know you meet Sheena there once.

I died against Kratos too on my very first playthrough. Kinda sad, considering how bright of child I am, and how stupid the AI is. But, I didn't know how to backstep yet. So I was screwed from the start. XD Yeah. I am going to win on second playthrough, now that I know what is coming. And I'm going to powerlevel a bit. XP
 
I didn't know how to backstep either. It took me awhile to learn you could do that, and it's helped a lot.

You can go to Palmacosta... It's just going to take awhile. And you'll have to fight some kind of tough monsters.

But I don't think he can go to Palmacosta, because he needs a Road Pass. And you can't buy one...

I have played the game way more times than i can realy think of and i can't remember most of them.
You must have a realy good memory.

Only thing i don't like is when you restart the game you have to start over in lv. xX hard to get to 250 ..... over and over....xX

Oh yeah. *thinks* Good point, they cost 1,000,000 Gald after all...if I'd carried over Gald I could have bought one o_o; Maybe go to one of the seals?

Yeah. Too bad you can't carry over levels...Make life a lot easier.
 
Wow, lots of people get inspired by my Kratos plushie. XD; *should make more*

Lol, I figured out backstepping by accident. xD; Now I think I overuse it, since I get kinda paranoid about getting hit. <_< So I always jump out of the way and keep blocking so I don't die... which makes the battles take forever since it means I'm not attacking head on. Blah.

I died against Kratos my first two playthroughs because I didn't know you *could* beat him. I thought it stopped you automatically. o_O; Beat him on my third one, though. And my fourth... if I'm even that far. *has no idea where she is right now* XD;;
 
Funny how they don't tell you how to backstep in the instruction manual.

Here's a basic strategy for any boss. (At least, for me XD)
1. Run up to it.
2. Guard.
3. Attack with your best combo.
4. Repeat.
And hopefully Genis and any other long-rangers will get some attacks in while you're comboing. Meh.

Well i got a guide and it told me.
Well i found out a lot by playing and the guide. The manual does not tell to much at all....

Lol, my friend has a guide for the game but he still can't play it well. xD; It's kind of sad, actually. Then again, the guide is pretty bad. XD Some of the screenshots in it are just blurs, lol.
 
Hmmm, I dunno why, but for some reason... Colette reminds me a lot of Misuzu, personality wise and they're both rather clumsy but cute. And they go through painful times... ahem, now I'll stop rambling on. =P

Er, yeah... anyways, I've just started on my second play through yesterday, even though I've had the game for almost a year now, because I'm really, really slow when it comes to games~

I'm normally just as bad with games as you, Ashley. (Can anyone say FFX-2? I've had it over a year, still haven't beaten it. XD) I'm... obviously quite obsessed with TOS, but after spoiling myself with the major Kratos thing... I decided not to look at anything remotely related to TOS until I'd beaten the game. So that was a major incentive to finish it. o_O;
 
*cough* In that case... I'm a lot worse than you when it comes to games. XD I haven't even beaten FFX yet and I bought it before I got ToS. Not to mention all my other FF games that I started last summer and never beat. ><;

I'm really bad with spoilers too... I tried my hardest not to ruin any of ToS for myself, and I don't think I actually ruined any parts of it which is really shocking. o_o; I've ruined most of the game for my sister though, she likes to watch me play the game, so she now knows almost everything about what happens. I would have hated it if she had somehow managed to get further than me and spoil it all though. x_x

Eww, my wording of that is terrible... but it is almost 3am afterall. o_o;;
 
Almost 3 here, too. And I have to get up at 9 tomorrow. *isn't very smart*

Anyway... my brother spoils himself that way, too. o_O He basically watched me play the entire game since he didn't feel like playing it himself (honestly, that kid is even lazier than I am... and that's saying something!). But... funny thing is... he wasn't there when I played the Remote Human Ranch (Rodyle's), and then since he didn't want to play the whole game, he just made a copy of my file and played off that. For some reason or another, he STILL hasn't seen any of that Ranch, even though he's on his second playthrough and I'm on my fourth (at least), which is just weird since he's always watching. o_O;; *shrugs*

*should go to bed but... eh.*

I read a GameFaqs guide (not spoiler-free. ;; ). I'm too lazy to do it on my own, and I wanted to get to the storyline. Then I decided to switch to a Spoiler-Free one about halfway...before Kratos' secret is found out.

But somehow that didn't surprise me. o_o

My sister does it for that same reason too... but she's never asked me to copy my file over so she can play the parts she wasn't around to see. I think the only parts she missed were that Rodyle thing you mentioned and almost all of Regal's story. And most of the ending too. But besides that, she watched me play the whole game. But I guess it's alright in her case because I know she'll never finish the game on her own... she only just got to Asgard today, and she's been playing almost as long as I have. XD

My brother watches me even though he plans to play it himself. o_O; He just... likes watching people play games. It's really annoying, though, since he pretends to know everything and yells at me if I do something wrong... even if it's right. XD

I didn't use any FAQs/walkthroughs for my first time around. That's why I missed nearly every sidequest, though. XD;; Lol, and then I ended up spoiling myself on the second playthrough for the Kratos ending. o_O; I was going through the Z-Skits on Katz Island and they were talking about Zelos after he, well, betrays them and I was so confused. XD;

Alex ~ Zelos is the one whom you look at and thing "omg he's gay!" (or "omg that person's a girl!") but then he turns out to be a total playboy. XD;
