[Iron Tiff]

Welcome to the Team Magma Fan Club! This is for anyone who loves Team Magma, or at least prefers them to Team Aqua! XD I just have a few favors to ask while posting here...

1. Keep in mind that this is not the place to be flaming Team Aqua. (Or Team Rocket, for that matter, even though they have nothing to do with Team Aqua/Magma.) The last thing anyone here wants is a flaming war.

2. On the other side of the spectrum, this is not for Team Aqua fans to flame Team Magma. I highly doubt this will ever come up, but just in case, I posted. XD



Here's a few things for you to tell the club about yourself. They're all optional, but it'll be nice to know. ^^

1. Why you chose Team Magma over Team Aqua (Without flaming)
2. Your favorite types (It doesn't have to be Fire and Ground here! XD)
3. Your favorite Pokemon (can be several if you want)


Here's my intro:

I'm The Songbird. *points to username... XD* This is my pen name as a writer. I'm a heavy user of the phrase "MAGMA-Fied!!!" XD You'll notice that if you look in my sig. (Feel free to add it to your sig!)

I picked Team Magma for a few reasons. One- I love Fire and Ground-types. And Dark. Two- I love their uniforms. Team Aqua's are cool too, but I like Team Magma's better. X] Three- while battling each leader in Emerald, I liked Maxie's personality a bit more.

My favorite types are Fire, Dark, Dragon, and Ground. My top 5 Pokemon are:

5. Rayquaza
4. Entei
3. Lugia
2. Gyarados (Red)
1. Groudon

I also make sprites. Some of you might already know that if you visit the Pixel Art area a lot. And by looking at my title... XD Here's some examples:

Sprites of Maxie and my character. NOTE: These are for a fanfic I'm writing, Mewtwo and the Lake of Rage. My character in the story is NOT in love with Maxie! XD

Here's a preview of what the story will be like:

Deep beneath the east coast of Olivine City is a hidden lab, unknown to the outside world. There lives Mewtwo (nicknamed Geno in the story), and his newest creation- a green, female Mewtwo, named Mina.

Giovanni has created a device to restore his memory. He knows that he forgot something that was really important to him, and seeks to remember it. When he does, he has someone track Geno down and spy on him.

Jeremy (my father) and Maxie were very close friends. Jeremy's ultimate dream was to awaken Groudon and actually try to feed it. At the time, Groudon was resting in Mt. Mortar. Maxie sets out to make that dream come true for his close friend. I tag along, wanting to see Groudon in real life.

Giovanni is also there, starting work on his memory-restoring machine. He wants it in a hidden place. He's also heard (from spies) that Maxie and Jeremy were headed there to awaken Groudon. He decides to make them catch Groudon from them, and attacks.

Jeremy is kidnapped by Giovanni, who also steals his Electrode. Giovanni didn't realize the insane power that Electrode packed in its Explosion, but the group would learn the hard way...

After taking Jeremy hostage, Giovanni demands that Maxie catch Groudon. Maxie refuses, knowing Giovanni's evil intent. I come out from hiding to take back Jeremy and his Electrode, but Giovanni attacks in frustration.

He sends out his Rhydon, but it is finished off by Maxie's Charizard. Giovanni then sends out Nidoking, which knocks out Charizard with Horn Drill. I enter the battle with Garryn, my Red Gyarados. Giovanni sends out Jeremy's Electrode and commands it to use Explosion.

I withdraw Garryn, and Maxie takes me on the back of his Charizard, and we escape just in time. Jeremy is trapped in the explosion, and is assumed to be dead for over a year. Throughout the story, Maxie and I keep having dreams of that night, reliving every dreadful moment.

Geno often visits my gym in Lake of Rage, the only underwater gym so far. He is usually there for fresh Gold Berries. On one visit, Geno is attacked while leaving, by Giovanni. I rise to the surface on Garryn's back to investigate, and immediately attack Giovanni.

Giovanni already recognizes me from the explosion, and from another battle where I badly defeated him. He finds a perfect opportunity not only to take Geno, but to take my badge, and Garryn.

Garryn aims a powerful Hydro Pump at the helicopter, but it's absorbed. Geno joins the battle with the most potent Psychic attack he's ever launched, which badly fatigues him. The attack is reflected, and there is a massive explosion, which sends me flying into the air. Garryn is sent falling straight down after I lose grip on him.

I regain consciousness on the back of Maxie's Charizard, and he holds me up as I continue the battle. Garryn uses Flamethrower and destroys the helpcopter, then Geno uses Blizzard to freeze Giovanni's Persian, the only Pokemon he has on him. Garryn uses Flamethrower again to finish it off.

Some ambulances and police cars surround the scene, and Maxie carries me onto an ambulance, where I faint again, still weak from the blast.

Later on, Geno realizes Giovanni created a device that allowed to restore those lost memories. Geno sets out to destroy that machine, just as Mins is strong enough to break free from her tube. She joins the journey.

We all meet inside my gym to seek out the device, which is hidden in Mt. Mortar. I have the nightmare about the explosion that night, and Maxie says that I don't have to join if it's too painful for me to return. I insist on going, no matter how scary or upsetting it may be.

Once we arrive at the mountain, Jeremy is found there, alive and well. He was confined to a cave. His Taillow would get food for him, but could not find Maxie or me. He joins the journey as well.

Once we arrive at the device, Giovanni is there, ready to attack. He sends out Rhydon, Kangaskhan, and Nidoking. Maxie sends out Charizard, and I send out Garryn. The battle awakens Groudon, who is upset about being awakened. Groudon attacks Giovanni's Nidoking, realizing who the enemy is here.

Once Giovanni is defeated, he flees. Geno and Mina use Psychic in unison to destroy the device. Jeremy nervously walks up to Groudon, holding out a Gold Berry. Groudon gets down on all fours, sniffs the berry, and gently takes it from Jeremy's hand. The group takes out more berries for Groudon, who happily eats them all, and goes back to sleep. The group leaves and celebrates in the gym.
