I decided to try my hand at team building by building a team of ninjas. So,here is what I've got.

    Ninjask:Speed boost @King's rock
    Protect
    Substitute
    Baton Pass
    Air Slash
    EVs:252 spd,252 sdef,4 hp

Ah,ninjask, the original ninja poke'.Heck, even the pokedex agrees.
The strategy here is to stall untill my speed is up, then B pass them, and hopefully a substitue too,to my next poke'...

    Scizor:technichain @Occa berry
    Bug bite
    Iron head
    Pursiut
    Double hit
    Evs:252 Atk,130 Sdef,126 Spd
Thanks to Tecnichain,Scizor gets a really good moveset.Bug bite becomes 90 base power and will eat any lum, chesto, sitrus, ect. berries the opponite may have.I decided to go with 80 power and flinch over 60 power and high priority.Pursuit can play mind games with any Psychics trying to escape. And Doudle hit, thanks to Technichain, has two hits with a combined base power of over 100!

    Sceptile:overgrow @leftovers
    Substitute
    leech seed
    energy ball
    x-scissor
    EVs: Hp-252,Sp. def-252,spd-4

Sceptile, the fastest SubSeeder out there. In case you don't know how it works, its like this.Sceptile, substitutes, then use a combo of leech seed and leftovers to negate all damage.X-scissor and energy ball get good coverage and STAB from energy ball.

    Weavile:pressure @Chople berry
    Ice punch
    Night slash
    Iron tail
    Aerial ace
    Evs: Atk-252, Def-130,Spd-124

Weavile is a fast, hard-hitting lil' bugger ain't he!? Ice punch and Night slash are hard-hitting, STAB moves.Iron tail hits the rock types that can get super effective hits in,and Aerial ace hits thise pesky fighting types hard. But Focus blast can still hit it hard...

As of right now, that's all I have. And, yes, I do know that this team is all weak to fire, but maybe you can find me other ninjas that can set up rain dance and not be weak to fire.So tell me what you think and give me suggestions for the other two ninjas.

    is this competitive?
cause king rock isnt allowed :(

King's Rock is allowed, some people don't allow it though.

Weavile wants Life Orb and these moves:

    Ice Shard
    Pursuit
    Low Kick
    Night Slash or Ice Punch

Also, max out his Atk and Spe, its too frail to take a hit even with a resist berry it still gets OHKO'd and has a bagillion weaknesses anyway.

Not a personal fan of Ninjask but put X-Scissor >> Air Slash, and give it Leftovers for healing Sub damage.

Scizor wants Bullet Punch >>> Iron Head, gains a priority move and a STAB Tech boosted move. I would also put Superpower/Brick Break over Scizor and give him a Choice Band, for the highest damage output, as Flamethrower still OHKO's him.

Sceptile is ok in OU, but subseeding doesn't really seem to fit in here as far as synergy.

We need to have natures or else we don't know what we are working with, a Relaxed natured physical sweeper won't be doing its job nearly as good as Jolly natured one.

These are some good sugestions,I might look in to them. But um...
1)Not a big fan of ninjask either, but I'm just building a team of ninjas, and ninjask is the ninja pokemon
2)I have air slash and king's rock as part of the stalling thing, as Air slash with Kings rock has about a 44% chance of causing flinching.
3)As dumb as it seems, I really don't use natures all that much.It seems to hard to get the nature you want as their are like 20 or something, and the nature I want at that point never seems to showw up.EVER.

Swept by Heatran, Infernape, and Flareon.

    Come on now...

    The Rules said:
    — When making suggestions, explain them thoroughly, and try to consider the synergy and strategy of the team while giving advice. It is important to note that while pointing out weaknesses in a team is an important aspect of team building, you need to try to help fix the problems that you have pointed out. Telling someone how bad their team is doesn't do a lot of good.

Kings Rock is not allowed in MLG

Let's not forget at our friends at the top of the page.

    I stand corrected.

What I should have said is everyone one of your team mates listed has a Fire-type weakness so any Fire-type Pokemon would easily sweep your entire team. Try to cover this weakness. Bulky waters are always good choices to counter Fire-types. You could also add some Mence/Nite/Latias action in there since those Pokemon also resist Fire.

I don't know what you consider a "ninja" but I would suggest Swampert, Suicune, or Vaporeon in addition to the above mentioned Dragon-types. Just beware of Infernape who may carry Grass Knot when bringing a Swampert in. Sorry if those Pokemon don't count as "ninjas" but they do get the job done.

Kings Rock is not allowed in MLG

This is a common misconeption, King's Rock is allowed unless otherwise stated. Hax Item Clause is NOT a standard clause.
