It did not take me to long to decide who the winner was. I began grading each entry and some were so unique. It turns out it was a tie. The two entries that were tied were both made by the same person. Mandy's Apprentice picked his favorite and he picked my favorite as well.

I would to introduce you to our own personal villian Whirlwind made by gothsinn23!!

Name: Kenetai Yami Tonako (Aka Whirlwind)
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Personality: He was born with an evil mind. Very mischevious, cunning, and quick-witted.
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: Muscular yet not bulky
Appearance-
Skin: Peach
Hair: Short and blonde (cowlick)
Face: Over his eyes is a theif-wearing blue band over his eyes.
Headwear/Neckwear: None, other than a blue band around his neck.
Shirt/Upper Body/Torso: For a shirt, he wears a blue one with one long sleeved (left) and one no-sleeved arm (right). The shirt doesn't go down to his waist, and shows some skin.// But, covering that skin is another blue band.
Arms/Wrists: On the arm without the sleeve covering, there are two blue bands: one in the middle of the forearm and one in the middle of the upper arm.//And he wears short fingerless blue gloves (you can tell what his favorite color is xP) on that arm.
Waist: He wears a black-metal belt around his waist.
Legs: For pants, he wears baggy, pocketed, blue capris that go down to between his knee and his ankle. The right pant leg only goes up to his knee. There is a blue band right below his knee on that leg.
Feet: He wears blue shoes that resemble modern Converse.
Weapons: N/A
Powers: Kenetai has the power over wind and the sky. He can create weather conditions, tornados, powerful gusts, anything to do with wind.
Bio: Power corrupts; Absolute power corrupts absolutely. No more is needed to be said.

WHAT!? I LOST!? :disappoin Grrrrr.......>_<.....but oh well...guess it can't be heped.....guess I'm not the creative genius I thought I was. So Whirlwind out villianed my three......guess someone else needed some time in the spot light. Congrads to gothsinn23 for Whirlwind. My hero, meet your villian! Muahahahaha!!! Oh...who gets to draw him?

If the Hunk hasn't already picked someone, I already have a version of Whirlwind drawn and ready to scan and color. Just need to get to a scanner...and after drawing him, he reminds me of Tidus from FF X...

Oh. If he already asked you to do it, then you shall be official. I'll just hold on to mine for somwething else then...actually...I've had better ideas once the other two winners are announced...
 
I did, in fact, ask Raven's Phoenix to draw the villian. However, if both of you would like to submit one, I could post the best of the two.

I award 2nd place to gothsinn's Exoskeleton!

Name: Katama Lee Ayami (Aka Exoskeleton)
Age: 19 and proud of it!
Gender: Female
Personality: Katama, when not in costume and lingering in the streets, is often a very open-minded and open-up person. She acts almost like she knows everyone, and seemingly everything. Yes, she may be a bit boastful, but in battle, she proves the skills that she tells about.
Height: 5' 6"
Weight: Slim
Appearance-
Hair: Katama's hair color is blonde, in fact. Her hair is usually tied back in a red elastic and an almost martial-arts kind of ponytail. That is topped by a red headband tied in the back.
Skin: Her skin is a normal American peach.
Face: Katama's face is supposedly skinny. On the side of her face is a lightningbolt-shaped scar that's origin is unknown, supposedly a fault from the lab that created her. Or was it?
Neckwear: She wears a black choker that has a supposed 'tag' on it to show where she was made. Yet, no one has been able to get close enough to her to see the insignia.
Upper Body/Shirt: Katama wears nothing on her chest but a black tanktop with the same lightningbolt marking as on her face, as colored red on her shirt. The borders of the straps and neck are also colored red.
Arms/Wrists: On her elbows are black bands (with the insignia). On both of her shoulders are lightningbolt-shaped scars, just like on her face. Around her hands are black, fingerless gloves.
Waist: There is a 'black belt' around her waist to symbolize her skill as a martial artist. For shorts, she wears short, tight shorts, made out of the same material that Robin has.
Legs: On her knees are knee-pads just like on her elbows (black also) They are marked with the lightningbolt just like the elbowpads, her shoulders, shirt, and face.
Feet: Katama wears black clogs for shoes. They can serve as a shield if she wants to block a physical blow. But other than that, they can slow her down.
Weapons: Katama carries twin hookswords on both sides of her black belt.
Powers: Katama is able to create an 'Exoskeleton' out of a material or element she touches. Not every material she touches, just the ones she chooses. This way, her body can be protected. For example, if her opponent has a stone body, she can touch him or her and form a stone exoskeleton around herself.
Bio: Katama is said to be a failed or mixed-up lab experiment from S.T.A.R. labs. It is rumored that her parents were all from out of Jump City, supposedly Metropolis. To help ease the pain of being a failed experiment for the rest of her life (and dealing with insults and jokes about her), she decided to choose a path of vengeance. A kinda, 'All of those ungrateful people are going to pay' and a 'I hate all humankind for putting me through such misery' kind of path. Though, she hates the Titans, not because of the fact that they can feel her pain, but the fact that they save the humans that she is trying to hurt. So, clearly she is misunderstood.

Villain Name: Zakura
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Power(s)/Strength(s): None, but she can make her self seam "invisible" when she hides her self in the shadows.
Weaknesses: Any weakness a normal human has.
Personality: Just like any 18 year old, shes bothered by little kids.
Aperence: She has black hair pulled back into a pony tale with a red hair band, and has a white mask covering her mouth and chin with a black cape going down to her feet, with a white long sleeve shirt with a zipper going from the right shoulder to the left hip and shes wearing black goloves going up to her shoulders, and she has black pants with an orange strip going down the right side of her pants and she has white boots with orange on the bottom of them.
Evil plan: To become the greatest thief in the world.​

Didn't even make it to the top 3...... :( Aw MAN....I poured my heart into my villians and they came up short....but I guess there's no real use in crying over spilt milk....

I'll submit my pic as a fan pic rather than the official one. If the hunk asked someone first, then they get the rights and that's all there is to it. I don't mind it at all.
 
I'll do that rather than a voting competition.

If The Hunk doesen't mind, you could be the one to make the offcial one, and the next contest I could draw it. :)
 
Naw. You were asked to do it, and I wouild be interfering. Please, by all means please do yours. I'm doingf mine as a fan (and as a congrads)

Actually there's two. One of him alone, then one of him knocking Gigas with an insult (Gigas was one of my entrants that didn't claim a spot in the top three. You'll see his description soon when Hunk Posts it)

Gah..now I feel guilty. You put alot into yours..and..it only took me a few minutes to do mine. Heck..they came right from the top of my head!
