*ROTFL* I know... 'Hitachi'... man, he didn't like that much did he? >_> I remember you telling me "if all the letters but the first H are gone the next time you see the TV, blame Itachi." XDD

That was awesome. XDD I'm watching my brother play Sonic Heroes, and he was Shadow in that Casino place, and Shadow is like 'Awesome city'. XDD I totally didn't think he'd say something like that. Oh, and Amy says 'Oh my God' and then Alec said it ,and I was like 'NOOOOOO!!!!' XDD

I'm very proud of you for it. And it's rare for me to admit I'm proud. XD

Speaking of 'NOOOOOOOOO!', I remember when I read the Deathy Hallows and there's this one part where Ron's all "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" TWELVE O's! I was laughing my head off... even though it wasn't appropriate to laugh at the time.
I didn't spoil anything, did I?

Hey guys... rate this for me. (yes, I know most of you won't have any idea what I'ma talking about, but... just comment on the dialogue and the description and stuff.)



Infernis smiled as the dark figure approached him. "Yes, Master Ignious, I obtained Obsidion Stellar. I am ready for the task."
The figure nodded approvingly. "Well done, my young apprentice. Was it difficult?"
"The Master Phoenix? Yes, he was difficult to defeat. But with your training, and my power, I managed." Infernis said.
"Impressive. Then, Infernis... we strike tomorrow night. Sleep well." said Ignious, and with that, he stepped into the shadows and vanished.
Infernis returned to his village.

The next morning...

Vulcan gasped as he saw Infernis... with black fire in his hand. Surely not...
"Is that... Obsidion Stellar?" said his friend, Mica.
"Not sure..." said Vulcan shakily.
"What's he going to do with it...? I mean, if it is what... that is..." Mica's voice trailed off, and she shuddered.
"Don't worry. I bet he's just... going to show the Leader..." Vulcan said, trying to reassure himself as much as Mica.
Mica nodded. "Yeah..."
"Well, Mica, I have to go. I promised my phoenix Thekurys that I would train with him today." Vulcan said, turning to leave.
"Oh. You'll be training all day?"
"Yeah."
"Okay. See you tomorrow."
Vulcan nodded. "See ya." and with that, he left. If only he had known what was to come...

"Infernis, my apprentice, if you need my assistance, signal me with black fire. My kitsune and I will be able fight by your side."
"Don't worry, my Master. I have Kuda, one of the most gifted phoenixes. I'm lucky to have him as my partner."
Ignious nodded. "Then go. Destroy them all. Do not hesitate, and show no mercy."
Infernis smirked. "I'll do my job well."
"Remember to spare your cousin."
"Yes, I know." Infernis whistled, and Kuda, the gigantic phoenix, flew in. Infernis leaped onto his back, and they headed toward the village...

The Village of the Flames, Infernis's home, was in ruins. Infernis turned as two of his friends ran at him, swords at the ready. Infernis, who had his sword drawn, easily defeated and killed both of them. As another warrior sprang at him, Infernis turned and impaled him, surrounded by the black flames of Obsidion Stellar's Shadow Sun. A streak of fire just barely missed him, and he quickly dealt with the one who fired it.
Infernis was killing everyone.
But suddenly, he was pinned.
"Got you." said Mica triumphantly. Infernis struggled free and shot black flames at her, which she dodged. "Hah, you can do better than that!" she crowed.
Infernis was about to retaliate, when suddenly, he felt a searing pain in his shoulder. He turned quickly, and Josef sprang into view, his sword smeared with Infernis's blood.
Kuda shot black flames into the air.
"I can handle it, Kuda!" Infernis yelled, annoyed.
There was a howl. and a huge black fox with nine tails charged out of the smoke and fire. Ignious was on its back, and he easily disposed of both Mica and Josef.
"I'll sweep the eastern half of the city." said Ignious. The fox nodded.
"Fine." said Infernis. "I suppose you don't want me to take all the credit, do you."
Ignious smiled. "I just don't want to miss out on the fun." and with that, the fox dashed off.
Infernis shot an annoyed glance at Kuda, and re-entered the fight.
Eventually, he saw the sillohette of the fox and Ignious leave the city and stand to watch Infernis do the rest.
"INFERNIS! YOU TRAITOR!" roared a voice behind him.
Infernis turned. His father, the Leader of the village, stood before him, sword drawn.
"Ah. Father, I was wondering when I would find you." Infernis said.
And with a clang of steel, their swords met.
Infernis dodged a thrust and struck at his father's left side. He countered with a blast of fire, which Infernis easily deflected.
"INFERNIS WHAT ARE YOU DOING!" screamed a voice from the right.
It was Vulcan. He had a shocked and appaled look on his face. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" he repeated.
Infernis blocked a thrust from his father, and drove his sword into the leader's heart...
Vulcan screamed as he fell. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
Infernis turned to face him.
"Why? What are you doing? Why are you doing this?! WHY HAVE YOU KILLED EVERYONE?!" Vulcan screamed.
Infernis forced an enraged and sorrowful look on his face. "They... they destroyed Aira." he said. Which was true. They killed Aira, but Infernis didn't care in the slightest...
"Aira? She... she was killed?"
Infernis stared into Vulcan's eyes. "Obsidion Stellar! Shadow Moon!"

Everything went black. He heard Vulcan's thoughts...
What's going on?
I have entered your mind. said Infernis.
What?
Let me show you... exactly why our family is dead.
A scene appeared in front of them.

Infernis was running, faster than he had ever run before. He turned a corner, and a horrifying image met his eyes. Aira, his sister, was tied to a stake. And the leader... was preparing to light it on fire.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING!" Infernis shouted. The leader turned, as did the crowd of people around the stake.
"She's evil, Infernis. She's a witch, a demon. She has to be executed."
"WHAT? NO! Aira's not... Aira's not a witch! I swear!"
The leader gave him a shrewd look. Infernis could tell what was going through his head. Apparently, so did Aira.
"He is no demon, Leader!" she shouted. "He defends me because he is under my control!" she laughed, an insane, harsh sound.
"What? NO!" Infernis yelled. "No, she's not a witch!"
"SILENCE, FOOL!" Aira yelled.
Why... Infernis thought.
"See?" said the leader. And with that, he lit the stake on fire.
Aira screamed, writhing, cursing...
"NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Infernis screamed. He turned, and fled.
She... she did that to save my life...

Infernis felt Vulcan's shock, and anger. Yeah, it was a horrible thing of the leader to do, but Aira seemed to him to be a witch! And that was no reason for you to kill everyone!
It was reason enough! roared Infernis.
And another scene began.

Vulcan screamed as Infernis destroyed everyone, as he killed his friends, and as he stabbed the leader... but Infernis did not show him Ignious. He thought it best for him to think that he did it by himself.

INFERNIS! Vulcan roared. Infernis exited his mind. Everything slid back into focus.

"I should... I should kill you." decided Vulcan.
"As well you should." said Infernis. He drew closer, and whispered in his ear.
"Train yourself, Vulcan. Become the mage you promised you would be. But your power will only increase if you exist only to destroy. Seek to kill me, Vulcan. And when you are strong... seek me out. I will be waiting for you."
Vulcan stepped backward.
"Now GO! Go, Vulcan!" Infernis yelled. Vulcan turned, and leapt onto his phoenix, Thekurys, and fled.

Ignious smirked as Infernis told him what happened.
"Well done. Now you are ready... to join Nightfall... Seek them out. Ozone will be happy to accept you, he thinks he doesn't have a fire mage in Nightfall..." he chuckled. "Well, this is where I leave you."
"When will we meet again?" Infernis asked calmly.
"Oh, fairly soon..." Ignious said mysteriously. "Sooner than you may think, in fact..." and with that, he vanished into the darkness.
Infernis nodded curtly. "Come, Kuda." he said. "We've got a long journey ahead of us."


So... yeah, I know what you're thinking. XD Yeah, if I wanted to, I could change this to a point so it's beyond recognition. But I thought it would be fun to leave it like this for a while.
The only thing Infernis didn't count on was the fact that a member of Nightfall, Ardwin, is actually Ignious.
He also didn't count on a young wind mage named Cynthia to join Nightfall... and she seems to have strong feelings for him.
 
now that was some serious case of deja vu.

well not really cuz i have seen something like it before but........ deja vu, man. deja vu

but i really like how it was worded. you use good words XD

in my stories i only use 'said, replied, yelled' those kinda words cuz i can never find a spot to use any other ones XD

but I'd love to read the whole thing :)

After forcing myself to get over my laziness, I managed to read it. Pat me on the back and tell me great job for doing something anyone can do. XDD Anyways, yeah, serious deja vu (like Izy says XDD) but it's very good. I also like the way you worded it, and you should just keep up the dang good work. :D
