Porygon-Z is a Special sweeper beyond words. With EV in speed and Sp.Attack, and some in both defenses, it's greatest defense it's it's greatest offense.
Adaptability makes Tri-Attack more powerful, STAB makes Tri-Attack more powerful and Nasty Plot makes Tri-Attack even (Tested) take out half HP of an Aggron, and makes Thunderbolt more powerful. It's only fear is a Steelix, which Flygon drools at the sight.

Probopass is for sheer stalling. With EVs in both defenses, Iron defense, and now Sandstorm raising Sp-Def of rock types, Probo become a lethal staller. If he paralyses a slow Pokemon and he becomes faster, Rock Slide gains STAB and might make the other guy flinch alot. Ground type moves are his only threat, which Flygon is immune to.

Flygon sweeps Pokemon until there's one resistant to his Choice Banded attack. With his Adamant nature, STAB Earthquakes and Dragon claws and Hit-And-Run with U-Turn, he's tremendously good.

    Rate, discuss.

you have a major fighting weak here. Choice Scarf Heracross would embarrass you.

Ice Beam over Endure for Porygon-Z.

Probopass is too ugly for me to consider using. :P

    Flygon looks fine.

flygon is i think is the most useful here and anyway the movesets are fine..oh and if i were you...lose the thunderwave
