In this challenge you must select pokemon that share a common type with the pokemon you previously caught.
Should be simple and straight-forward. Have Fun!

Guidelines
1. You must catch the Pokemon in correct order.
Spoiler:
If you want to catch swanna, the last Pokemon you caught must have either a water or flying type. You cannot catch a Swanna after catching a Leopard, then try bridging the types with Mandibuzz.
Correct Example: Snivy=>Leavanny=>Joltik=> Emolga=> Swanna=>Alomamola
Order of capture:
1) SNIVY: GRASS
2) LEAVANNY: GRASS
LEAVANNY: BUG
3) JOLTIK: BUG
JOLTIK: ELECTRIC
4) EMOLGA: ELECTRIC
EMOLGA: FLYING
5) SWANNA: FLYING
SWANNA: WATER
6) ALOMAMOLA: WATER
Incorrect Example: Snivy (GRASS) => Joltik (BUG/ELECTRIC) => Emolga (ELECTRIC/FLYING) => Swanna (FLYING/WATER) => Leavanny (BUG/GRASS) => Alomamola (WATER)
Correct Example: Snivy=>Leavanny=>Joltik=> Emolga=> Swanna=>Alomamola
Order of capture:
1) SNIVY: GRASS
2) LEAVANNY: GRASS
LEAVANNY: BUG
3) JOLTIK: BUG
JOLTIK: ELECTRIC
4) EMOLGA: ELECTRIC
EMOLGA: FLYING
5) SWANNA: FLYING
SWANNA: WATER
6) ALOMAMOLA: WATER
Incorrect Example: Snivy (GRASS) => Joltik (BUG/ELECTRIC) => Emolga (ELECTRIC/FLYING) => Swanna (FLYING/WATER) => Leavanny (BUG/GRASS) => Alomamola (WATER)
2. Dual types only need one of the types to match the previous pokemon.
Spoiler:
Also, it doesn't matter if the Pokemon is a Bug/Fire or Fire/Bug type. You just need to have one type in common.
3. A single type can only be used three times maximum.
Spoiler:
You cannot have Swoobat, Unfeazant, Braviary, and Emolga on your team together, since that is four flying-types. This helps distinguish this from a mono-type challenge.
4. I don't believe in slavery; therefore, no HM slaves.
5. Must use six Pokemon in challenge.
6. Once a Pokemon is caught, you must use it (assuming it is an acceptable typing.)
7. In the case of evolutionary changes in typing:
Spoiler:
A) The Pokemon you catch must match one of the types of the previous Pokemon's current typing.
If you select Tepig at the beginning, you must evolve it prior to catching a fighting type.
B) You cannot evolve Pokemon after you have caught the next Pokemon, if it interferes with the link.
If you catch Surskit (Water/Bug), and then caught Marrill (Water), you cannot evolve Surskit since into Masquerain (Bug/Flying).
8. You don't have to use a starter as your first link.
Spoiler:
You may catch one pokemon prior to the first gym, and then immediately deposit your starter. Then continue the game using that Pokemon as the first link of your team.
9. No hacking Pokemon into the game.
Spoiler:
Trades are ONLY allowed if they are needed in order to evolve a Pokemon. Ex. Steelix, Gengar, Alakazam...etc.
10. The challenge is complete once you have defeated the Elite Four.
Spoiler:
With the exception of G/S/C, in which you must defeat Red, and B/W, in which you must defeat the Elite Four the second time around.
11. You must update every time you complete a link.
Spoiler:
Remember to "edit post" rather than double or triple post. Also, screen-shots are NOT required, but are encouraged. Feel free to update as much as you like.
12. In order to compete in the Ultimate Challenge, you must compete each generation consecutively in order.
Spoiler:
1) R/B/Y or LG/FR
2) G/S/C or HG/SS
3) R/S/E
4) D/P/Pt.
5) B/W
You may use hack games in the standard challenge, but NOT in the Ultimate Challenge.
2) G/S/C or HG/SS
3) R/S/E
4) D/P/Pt.
5) B/W
You may use hack games in the standard challenge, but NOT in the Ultimate Challenge.
