    Hey supporters, mods and admins.

    I have noticed that nobody ever posts in this forum!
    This forum is for nearly ANY discussion yet barely anybody ever posts here.
    So i made this thread in hopes that you guys will see this and start posting more then you did before!
    We need more action in the vip forum, and the admins made this forum for a reason. So everybody post, post, post!
     
    It's just hard to want to post here, when you get such a bigger memberbase if you post in the relevant section outside of the VIP Lounge. :(

    I agree, sometimes it is hard to post here, but what is the point of even having it if nobody is going to post in it? I think that the more the merrier and the more topics we have in this forum the more supporters will enjoy themselves.
     
    In truth, this place is the closest thing you get to a spampit in PC. .-. Thank God it's not active. It covers nearly any topic, and it has barely any rules. It really has no use. I guess the VIP forum is simply a way of enticing members to support, but really isn't worth anything. The only time it ever was interesting was when we supporters got a sneakpeek on the PCX art.

    tbh i disagree with you. Sure it covers all topics and COULD be a spam-pit, but no supporter is going to spam or trol in their own forum. This is just my opinion but i do think that it needs to be more active.
     
    I never notice things happening here because I almost always scroll down to the bottom of the forum immediately to look for new blog posts and the OVP section. I would post more here if it was closer to the bottom, tbh, but that won't happen so it's whatever.
     
    All this forum really is is OVP + OC + CQ&F. There's really no reason to focus on posting in this forum when you have other forums exactly like this that are available for everyone to see. That's why I usually don't bother posting here.

    I mean, this? Japanese Entertainment needs all the activity it can get - and that's where topics like that belong, yet it was posted here.

    I must agree with you on that, Japanese entertainment dosnt get as much activity as it should.
     
    I feel that if we as a whole just became more active, we could make a cycle and thus improve it!

    So for example, I just posted in the singalong thread, which hasn't been posted in for a whole lot of time.

    And with every new supporter there is a flood of new posts (good thing c:) so we should all follow their examples and post everything we can think of, that would be appropriate for the rules.

    There might be some bad decisions, but hey...it'll be worth it ;)

    I agree, we should start little but i think it would be worth it to get this forum up and running more! But everyone needs to participate if we want this forum to be more populated.
     
    Yeah, so we all need to work together to make it!

    If not all of us, we should start as maybe three or four as ~temporary representatives~ and brainstorm ways to make this place better and bring it up as thread topics!

    Eventually people will get the hang of it, and they'll start posting more threads and posts and blahblahblah. Mission accomplished!

    Thats a good idea.... start little and grow big.
    One step at a time is all it takes.
    And if we have representatives i think we should have Me, and you unless you say otherwise. And im not sure about a third person, maybe a moderator?
     
    I dunno, we should probably just sign up.

    Don't even need to sign up, just start posting threads and asking supporters T3+ and staff for help with brainstorming!

    And there should be a goal that should be met, like five new threads a week? And a ~special prize~ should be given to those who meet that requirement all by themselves!

    That being said, there won't be a punishment for not meeting the goal, just a huge disappointment.

    I know Nica for a long time was really into reviving the VIP Forum. Maybe try to get her?
     
    What kinds of things would you even post here besides what the staff post in regards to opinions for forum things? This forum holds potential, but potential for what, is the question.

    But yeah I just got ideas then. What needs to be worked on is making it why you want to be there. What did you want to get into? Was it exclusive PC-related discussions? I remember once when Larry and Zet mentioned something about "I agree with your post in that one thread in the VIP forum." At the time I felt jealous of them really (or was this staff? w/e I was jealous either way and it relates) because they were of an exclusive group, they had rare exclusive content. In a few days ill have had access here for four years. At first it was exciting, really, but soon that changed. It became less exclusive and more a day-to-day thing. What makes you want to be at PC? What makes you want to see the staff forums in particular. What makes you wish you could see them? Exclusive PC discussions. Not exclusive forum change discussions specifically but changes in general. What makes you want to get into things, feel special etc.,. what needs to be developed is the supporter culture. Everyone here is a part of a specific group - much like staff, it's still an important role because it helps PC live. This no longer needs to be the VIP forum but rather what everyone wants to get into. Throw out ideas of threads that fit into other sections those aren't exclusive. No, discussing just changes is boring. I'll make threads later on this. I have ideas to create the new supporter culture. Just don't keep acting like you wish it could be more active, it doesn't need wishing. It just needs doing.

    err... thats what im saying lol. The reason why i created this thread was so people would see it and get motivated. Because before i made the thread it didnt seem like anybody else cared that much about it.
