For the last phase of the beta period, we're trying out the waiting list for new threads. This is what was originally suggested as a way to manage new threads that were posted.
Here's how it will work:
1. You'll create your thread.
2. A higher staff member will see your thread and add you to a wait list, which will be contained in this thread here. The wait list will be first come-first serve basis, meaning whoever created a thread first would be approved before someone who created a thread later.
3. Your thread will remain unapproved until a higher staff member (Razor Leaf, TwilightBlade, or myself would be the ones most likely to handle them) approves them.
4. A higher staff will approve your thread based on the level of activity the forum currently has. They will determine a date, based on the level of activity the forum has, when the thread is scheduled to be approved. The date will be listed next to your username on the waitlist.
5. When that date comes, your thread will be approved and your name will be crossed out of the wait list.
