Starmie is a water/psychic pokemon. if you have one of those cards, they changed its typing since it's a δ pokemon.

That can be two Pokemon: Absol or Mightyena. Either one can be correct...

I don't think it's absol, it says mostly black, and Absol has very little black on it.

Dunsparce is based off a fabled-Japanese-winged-serpentine-dragon-thing called a tsuchinoko, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't exist. I said it was smaller than it appears because it is actually the size of a human. Towards -Rotom-, it could be Mightyena or Umbreon. And as for my the pseudo legendary, I would count that thing sticking out of Beldum as a leg (or arm)
