Eevee is not fighting type, and the only three brothers I can think of is the Eevee brothers...

1) Although it's a fast Dark-type it can not learn Sucker Punch
2) Along with it's Evolution, it's the only Pokemon that is Dark/Ice type
3) It is extremely vicious and will not stop attacking until its foe is incapable of moving
