1. I am not found in the wild in any game. Part of a 3-Pokemon-Evolution chain, my first pre-evolution is available in the wild.

Nope, Ninjask :)

1: It's part bug
2: When it evolves, it's second type changes from Ground to Flying
3: It sheds it's skin, creating Shedinja. Hence, a real load off of him - literally :P
4: It's the second fastest pokemon in the game
 
Oh, I thought you meant it was a basic pokemon:/, and even though Ninjak don't evolve to shedinja, I get what you meant. Nice riddle!
BTW, you don't need to tell the solution after one try only, you can add more hints and stuff. I think its nicer like that.

No, his can't be Wiscash or Barboach. They both go in water.

Wow that was smart, I totally forgot the gabite family is based on sharks...But I think it is Garchomp, just because of clue B-it is, more powerful.
