What's the OT and ID? I've got many Shiny Lugias and most are hacked.
And is it UT or T?

It isn't one of the commonly seen hacks. Ok Deal. But if I checked the Lugia and it says it's hacked then I want a replacement if you can replace it with something.

Mostly Looking for other Hayley Events, ALAMOS Darkrais, Mac Pikachus, Saikyous and other events.
