Could you tell me the characteristics and nature of the Kingdra and Blissey then? I might be able to guess their EVs based on their stats and get an estimated set of IVs then using an IV calculator.

Is the Kingdra fully EV'd (can it get the effort ribbon/does it have it?)? I'm assuming the Blissey is.

Assuming EV spread of 252 hp, 252 sp. def, and 6 speed, I got these IVs for the Blissey:
31 / 3 / 14 / 27 / 31 / 31, HP Dragon: 70

Kingdra, because it's so low level is still too hard to determine it's exact IVs and it's hard to determine the correct EV spread. I don't like it too much though :\

I'll like the Blissey however.
So JBHF Manaphy, TRU Manaphy, Bashful Hayley Mew, and the EV trained Blissey.

I'll trade you (I don't remember what you have now >_<) these:
JBHF Manaphy for Shiny Modest Ranger Manaphy
TRU Manaphy for Palcity Manaphy
Bashful Hayley Mew for Hayley Phione
EV Trained Calm Blissey for EV trained Bold Blissey

I don't remember what you had/have, so if you have them already or don't want the ones I offered let me know (and of course be reasonable) ;)
