Question: Themes

Is there any place I can input a idea for a theme. I know "PC" has a lot, though I think they can use some nice, clean cut themes that aren't to complex.

Theme: Swellow's Legacy [not good with names]
Background Color:

Forums BG Color:

Banner: Not really sure, but I think it would look good with a dew drop look, or a splash.. [like grass in the morning]
I was thinking it should include Swellow and it's pre-evolution tailow. Also in the banner I was thinking there could be an ace trainer. With the "PokéCommunity" & "Were still working on a better slogan" I think it would look nice if it was the same way as "Final Resistance."

Hope you guys like it, will input more info later, though I'd like to discuss the theme with the person who will be making it. :P [If so] (:

Thanks Ozumadrew, got bored of some themes, I just want to see a new theme that's not 5th gen. Can't wait for your input. (:
