Color of backround: I don't really know but A background that would work for Latias.
Writing on the banner: ?H?ϧ (at the top) (centered) Latias Fan (at the bottom) (centered)
Pokemon/other picture (I can provide some pictures): A good piccy of Latias in the ceter

Well, what you do is right click the banner and then get the link from it, and then do this in your sig: [*img]link[/img] but take out the *
