When I try to edit CSS into my trade thread and preview/save it certain text (such as the CSS itself) and spoiler tags appear to copy themselves and wrap around the first line of what I meant the CSS/spoiler to wrap around. Also, at the same time text randomly get spaces in between the lines.

Like I mean to post this:
    Spoiler:

but when I click preview it comes out like this:

I looked at your trade thread, however I don't see where CSS comes into this seeing as in your spoiler tags are outside of the CSS. In any case, spoilers tend to do that sometimes. They often happen when you have line breaks between text of if you use a lot of BB code. I would recommend just ensuring that there is no BB code loose. In saying that I can't really help too much considering you never showed where it was happening. If you could display your code (the part with the spoiler) I could be of more help.

Well that is because I don't usually save when it happens. I'll do so now and take a screencap or just copy/paste it here in a spoiler.

EDIT: Here is what happens with the CSS messing up:
    Spoiler:

Up where Navigation is. It basically copies the CSS around the bottom part that I added and puts it around the first line.

Thank you! Would it be better to use the less-updated version of editor (the one that says [b*][*/b] instead of just bold)? Also, since there was also the spoiler problem I wasn't sure >.> Also, I used to be good at CSS but I stopped and now I suck at it b.b

If you're coding then yes, downgrade your wysiwyg editor so that you can see your BB code tags as well as any unnecessary code. If more people started doing that there would be less issues and less questions as to what is going wrong because often, most mistakes are created by general messiness and careless BB code placement. So I would recommend it.

It helps to use the text-only editor, because it lets you control where your tags end up. the WYSIWYG editor tends to be pretty sloppy about tag positioning, and sometimes it's impossible to get that editor to nest the tags the way you want them to be nested for the output to come out properly. (Like when you're coding colored links, your color tags have to be INSIDE the URL tags or it overrides your color choice and replaces it with the link color.)

You should always try to avoid putting your opening or closing tags on different lines. (by using "Return" or "Enter", the auto wrap in the editor doesn't insert a newline.) Tags like the Spoiler are always CSS tag unfriendly. x3

I usually have it set to the advanced editor but I just now changed it because I realized while editing my thread that just simply having it on advanced messes it up o.o

Thanks for the extra help Pachy :)
